The Famagusta District
Famagusta on the eastern side of the island offers an absolutely wonderful climate with over 320 days of sunshine per year, very mild winters and summer temperatures consistantly over 30C. With the world famous Nissi Beach which is arguably the best on the island and its abundance of blue flag beaches it is easy to see why Famagusta is generally regarded as having the best beaches on the island.

Ayia Napa once a small fishing village is now a thriving hub that is centred around its magnificent beaches with Nissi Beach considered by many to be the finest in Cyprus. Ayia Napa home to a variety of watersports, whether you prefer relaxing with an excursion from the nearby marina, enjoying the beach watersports from pedalos to jet skis or spending the day at the local waterpark which is currently the largest themed waterpark in Europe.

All bookings are taken on a provisional basis and are held for a maximum of 7 days. A 25% deposit is required to confirm the booking and balance is due 10 weeks prior to your holiday. Full details will be e-mailed once provisional booking is accepted. A £100 security deposit is also payable with the final balance which will be refunded within 14 days of departure provided there has been no major breakages, additional cleaning or any nuisance caused to other holidaymakers.
