This beautiful one bedroom fully furnished apartment with balcony overlooking the communal pool is located in the centre of Ayia Napa, just a 2 minute walk to all attractions that the area has to offer.

All amenities are close to the complex, only 2 minutes to the Square with numerous pubs, clubs and bars and also 2 minutes to Nissi Avenue where beautiful traditional restaurants can be found.

The nearest beach is walking distance and local transport is readily available to the nearby Water Park.

The Famagusta District

The Ayia Napa coastline is considered the finest with regard to beaches in Cyprus. Extensive golden, sandy beaches cover the area, which attracts the majority of tourists.

The average sea temperature (c) in Ayia Napa throughout the year are as follows: Jan-17 degrees/ Feb 17 degrees/ March -18 degrees/ April -19 degrees/ May -21 degrees/ June -24 degrees/ July- 26 degrees/ Aug- 27 degrees/ Sep- 26 degrees/ Oct -25/ Nov -21 degrees / Dec -19 degrees.

Take a day away from the beach and get some healthy exercise walking in the fresh air where a whole "other" world exists beyond the disco's and pubs of lively Ayia Napa. The magnificent beauty of the mountain sea cliffs combined with the flora of Cape Greco is impressive to say the least.

Ayia Napa / Nissi Beach area

When the sun goes down, Ayia Napa comes alive with a vast selection of bars/clubs and restaurants, proving popular with the young and lively year after year.

During the day the glorious beaches are very popular with a good selection of watersports available, including water skiing, paragliding, jet skiing, and even bungee jumping for the less feint hearted.

The popular 'Nissi beach is situated 3 kilometres west of Ayia Napa, transport is available at regular intervals during the day. Harbour beach is a mere 10 minute stroll away. Situated on Nissi Avenue which is only a 2 minute walk, you will find numerous traditional restaurants, and Greek tavernas. If variety is the spice of life Ayia Napa has it all.

Whatever your age, you will find enough activities to make your holiday a memorable one.

How to get there

The finest beaches on the island of Cyprus are to be found on the Eastern coast Ayia Napa/Famagusta area. A wide variety of water sports are to be found including water-skiing, wind-surfing, sailing canoes, pedalos, motor boats, speed-boats, parascending, scuba-diving and more. The Aqua-park is a mere 10 minute drive from the apartment, buses running on a regular basis.

Flights from most major UK airports fly directly into Larnaca airport with a flight time of approx four and a half hours. Budget airlines such as Monarch have recently announced that they will be flying from Luton to Larnaca as from March 2007, with more flights planned for the future.

Car hire is readily available from Larnaca airport. Petsas car hire provide a very reliable service, and can be contacted by e-mail on rent_a_car@petsas.com.cy tel; 00357 22662650.
Alternatively taxi’s run on a regular basis at a cost of approx (35cyp) otherwise buses (municipal bus 19)from the airport to Larnaca town centre and on to Ayia Napa are available from Ayia Lazarou square in Larnaca town centre. The journey time is approx 40 minutes.

The lounge has TV, CD and DVD player, double sofa bed, table with 4 chairs, 2 armchairs & a coffee table with a door leading to the balcony with patio furniture for 4 people.

The Kitchen is well equipped with cooking utensils and also cups, glasses, cutlery, fridge & microwave.

Air conditioning is included in bedroom which is self contained with 2 single beds, fitted cupboards, dressing table with mirror, bedside cupboard & sliding doors leading to balcony overlooking pool.

An electronic safety deposit box is also provided to store your valuables during your stay.

We also provide iron with ironing board, and hair-dryer. Bed linen and towels are included.

The bathroom has bath, overhead shower, wash hand basin, mirror and toilet.

Please note that the owner does not take responsibility for any loss/damage of personal property, or injury/death during period of occupation and we strongly advise you to take out adequate personal insurance.

Further details outdoors:
The apartment and balcony is South facing overlooking the large pool and pool bar/restaurant where you can buy refreshing drinks and small meals, snacks and salads.

The complex has a pool bar/restaurant and supermarket adjoined. Use of 3 further pools (including children's pool) in adjoining complex (approx 200 metres) is available and the nearest restaurant 200 metres, nearest taxi rank 100 metres.

Please note that the pool/pool bar is open from May-October.

Conditions

Refundable breakages deposit of £100.00 required on booking, to be refunded within one week of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection).

25% of rental fee due on initial booking.

“A very well equipped apartment situated in central Agia Napa. We had a great holiday with our two kids, even though other guests around the pool area were mainly youths in their twenties. The advert said five minutes from Nissi Beach, that is if you are driving I presume. Bars, restaurants and shops were all within two minutes walking distance.

One fantastic holiday! The apartment was perfect and just what we needed for two people. Very clean,well equipped and value for money. Very close to the Square and Nissi Avenue which has everything you need. Loved Ayia Napa very beautiful and can't wait to visit again.
