This spacious modern villa has two bedrooms and will sleep 4. It is in a peaceful location and is on a development with other villas. It would be ideal for a family or two couples to enjoy a relaxing holiday.
A car is advised to explore the area further but if you prefer not to drive taxis are very reasonable and it is not far to the nearest bus stop which will take you to all the local resorts.

The Famagusta District
Cyprus is a fantastic holiday destination with a great climate and over 300 days of sunshine a year on average. The south of the island offers good beaches, ancient ruins and temples, quiet inland villages and landscapes, skiing on Troodos Mountain, watersport activities and a vibrant nightlife in the larger towns.
Ayia Napa / Ayia Thekla area
The property is located in Ayia Thekla, a two minute drive from the famous Waterworld at Ayia Napa. The small beach at Ayia Thekla is only a few minutes walk and is ideal for children. There is a small supermarket and a sea front restaurant just a couple of minutes away. The busy resort of Ayia Napa and the beautiful Nissi Beach are about 6km away. In Ayia Napa you will find the old harbour area with its fish tavernas, an abundance of shops, the picturesque monastery, and of course a buzzing nightlife. The quieter resort of Protaras with the stunning Fig Tree bay is 10km away. The traditional Cypriot town of Paralimni is also about 10 km. and has interesting shops, tavernas and a pretty town square where you can sit in one of the cafes and watch the world go by.
How to get there
Larnaca airport is the nearest to the villa and is a 35 minute drive. Paphos airport is about 90 minutes away.

Further details indoors: Downstairs is open plan with a lounge area with satellite TV, and DVD player. There is a leather suite in the lounge and table and 4 chairs in the dining area. It has a well equipped kitchen including dishwasher and washing machine, as well as a shower room with w.c. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, 1 double and 1 twin. Both have built in wardrobes. Patio doors leading out onto the first floor verandas from both bedrooms with sea views. There is also a family bathroom upstairs. There is air conditioning in every room (included).
Further details outdoors: The swimming pool (9m x 3m) is accessed via the dining area and there are patios and verandas with sun loungers. Off road parking for two vehicles. Linen and towels are provided but please bring your own beach towels. A cot can be provided for a small supplement.
