This villa is new and new to the rental market, it is tastefully furnished and decorated. The ground floor is open plan and incorporates a lounge equipped with a large corner suite which converts into a double bed and will sleep an additional 2 people, dining area and a modern fully equppped kitchen, there is also a separate WC and washbasin off the lounge.
For your entertainment there is a 50" flat screen TV, DVD player and CD and radio. On the upper level The master bedroom has en suite facilities and a large double bed. There is a double bed in the second bedroom and two siingle beds in the third. The family bathroom has a bath and shower, wc, and washbasin. This property is ideal for those who want peace and quiet yet within a short distance of shops, restaurants and a boisterous nightlife.

Private Garden with BBQ and garden furniture. There is a large shared pool with sun loungers and parasols between 3 Villas.
A non refundable deposit of 25% is required to secure a booking. The balance is payable 8 weeks before the commencement of your holiday.
Payment by Bank Transfer
A refundable damage deposit of 400 euro is payable in cash on arrival and will be refunded following a satisfactory inspection of the property.
A welcome pack can be provided for a charge of 30 euro.
Check in at 15:00 and check out at 11 :00 a.m. It may be possible to have a later departure or an earlier arrival providing there are no other incoming or outgoing guests that day.
Car hire is recommended. Car rental also gives you more activities in the area and allows you to fully explore this beautiful Island.
Airport transfers and car hire can be arranged at preferential rates.
The Famagusta region
The Famagusta region of Cyprus boasts some of the most beautiful beaches on the Island. There are countless small coves with fine sandy beaches and safe bathing that are just waiting to be discovered. If your interests life further afield car hire is quite reasonable and any destination in the South of Cyprus is no further than 2 hours away.
Cyprus has 340 days of sunshine each year, with a hot summer and mild winters. In the winter months you can go skiing and then drive back to the villa to sunbathe. English is widely spoken with English shops such as Topshop, Zara, Claire's Accessories, Debenhams and M&S. Iceland even stock food in the supermarkets - handy for kids who want chicken nuggets and chips! If you like walking, cycling, being informed or entertained or just relaxing Cyprus has it all.
Drive up to the Troodos and go to Mt Olympus, the views are simply breathtaking. The little mountain villages offer all sorts of different experiences from wine tasting and dancing to simply sitting down for a meal and enjoying the local way of life. Cyprus is one of those rare countries that provides both skiing and sun bathing. Troodos mountains have skiing between January and March . Troodos mountains are approx 2 hrs drive from the villa.
Walk along the Ayia Napa strip, or visit the harbour and take a boat trip to see the Deserted City of Famagusta, do some diving or swimming then chill out whilst the captain serves lunch.
