Olive Tree Villa is a brand new detached 3 bedroom privately owned villa with it's own superb private pool (8m x 4m) and sea views, set just a few hundred meters from the quiet blue flag family beach of Agia Thekla village and within a 10 minute drive or bus ride of all the amenities of Agia Napa.
The villa is set on a generous sized plot with plenty of patio space around the pool and a large veranda to enjoy the Cyprus climate. The pool area is fully equipped with comfortable sun loungers, table and chairs for al fresco dining, hammock, umbrellas for shade, a traditional Cyprus barbecue and both patio and pool lighting. There are 3 spacious bedrooms furnished to a high standard. There are modern remote controlled air conditioning units in all rooms.
As a safety feature for families with small children, access to the pool/garden area can be restricted by means of a gated wooden fence.
The villa is set in a quiet residential area and provides a perfect base for relaxing or enjoying the facilities of the local resorts. Many of our guests have found this to be the perfect base for attending a wedding in the popular nearby Agia Napa and Nissi beach area.

The Famagusta District
This area is renowned for having the best beaches on the island, and benefits from many glorious beaches of fine white sand and warm water such as Nissi Beach and Agia Thekla beach.
There are also numerous quiet bays and coves with crystal clear water and small sandy beaches to be explored.
Most of the beaches offer facilities such as bars, restaurants and a wide variety of water sports such as wind surfing, paragliding, and water ski-ing. The majority of the beaches have been awarded "blue flag" status, which reflects their superb quality.
Ayia Napa / Ayia Thekla area
This villa is in a great location , very close to Agia Thekla beach , on the beach side of the main coast road. Many villas in the Agia Thekla area can be a considerable distance from the beach and the amenities of Agia Napa.
Within a 5 minutes walk of the villa there is a small local supermarket and a local taverna set just back from the beach.
Agia Thekla is ideally located and is only a 3 minutes drive from the bordering Makronisos, which has a large selection of restaurants and bars.
The villa is a superb location as a base for attending weddings at the Grecian Park or other major resort hotels close by.

Further details indoors: The villa has high quality remote controlled air conditioning in all bedrooms and in the lounge/dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge freezer, hob, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, washing machine and a wide range of kitchen and dining ware.
All three bedrooms are furnished to a very high standard and provide accommodation of 2 bedrooms with double beds and a bedroom with 2 single beds.
The master bedroom and bedroom 2 have double patio doors opening onto the large upper terrace with sea views. Bedroom 3 is on the ground floor and has double patio doors opening onto the front terrace. All bedrooms have built in wardrobes with ample hanging and drawer space.
There is a large fully tiled bathroom on the upper floor with walk in shower, washbasin and toilet. A separate toilet with washbasin is on the ground floor. There is also an outside shower for use in the pool area
The lounge features comfortable seating with a television and DVD/CD player with two large sofa beds.
A travel cot and high chair can be provided upon request

Everything about the Villa was great, the pool was used so much.. the recommendations for restaurants were spot on, our favourite being Dometrion, great setting, fabulous fish dishes. The dvd collection, the bbq, the books, were just great! The location of the Villa... pretty much perfect.

The villa was absolutely stunning it exceeded our expectations the pool and the area around it was so big and it was a great home away from home. Probably the most relaxed wev'e been with the kids as they couldn't be out of eyeshot or earshot at all. It's a great location so close to Adams beach for the wedding and only 5 mins in the car to Ayia Napa.
We are seriously considering coming back for 2 weeks next summer as the experience was so good, your villa was the best accommodation we have stayed in for self catering and our 3 sons are in love with the place.
Thanks for making the whole experience very easy as this is the first time we have booked a villa off the internet we normally stay in hotels or self catering apartments.
