The Accommodation is furnished to a very high standard and consists of a spacious lounge with a black leather corner unit, Satellite TV, DVD, CD stereo and X Box games console, there is also a good selection of games and films. There is a separate dining area and a fully fitted kitchen (with oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine). Also on the ground floor is a WC, and a twin bedroom with fitted wardrobes.
On the first floor there are a further two large bedrooms both with fitted wardrobes, one with twin beds and the other with a king sized bed, both have patio doors opening on to a large secure balcony area furnished with a table and 6 chairs. There is also a large family sized bathroom.
Traditional good quality bars, restaurants and a supermarket are close by, bed linen and towels are provided, (not beach towels) Air conditioning, gas and electric are included in the price, also a complimentary welcome pack (tea, bread, milk and water etc).
Extra information: There is a strict non-smoking policy within the villa.

The Famagusta District
Cyprus-the sunshine island, with exotic fragrances and eastern Mediterranean flavours. Wonderful beaches white sand and clear water are to be found in the resorts of Ayia Napa and Protaras. Larnaca offers a market town and excellent shopping, or simply take a stroll along the prominade, or visit the Mosque and salt lake on the outskirts of the town. The well preserved church of St Lazaras, is not to be missed. Nicosia the capital and divided city together with the troodos Mountains and preserved villages of Kakopertia and Omhdos are a must to visit. This list is endless............................
Ayia Napa / Ayia Thekla area
Wonderful beaches white sand and clear water are to be found in the resorts of Ayia Napa and Protaras.For anyone who like to get off the beaten track there is much to see and do, including Potamos fishing inlett, the red earth villages of Sotira, Leopetri, Frenaros and the divided village of Dhrenyia (view point to view the Ghost town of Famagusta.) The award winning Waterworld park in located on the outskirts of Ayia-Napa and only 1 mile for the villa, Ayai Nappa which is dominated by the Monastery and Church in the main square, is around 2 miles away where you can find numerous restaurants and nightlife.
How to get there
From Larnaca airport turn left at the island, go across the next small island sign posted for airport tower at the next island turn right on to the motorway, after a couple of miles you will see the signs for Paralimni / Ayia Napa, carry on to Ayia Napa until you see a turn off for Sotira and Derinia, (if you see the water park on your right you have gone to far). Turn off the motorway and turn right at the T junction (you should be heading towards the sea) at the next T junction you can see villas in front of you, turn right and then left after about 30 yards, go down this road veering to the left still heading for the sea and Villa Zela (No 18) is at the bottom of the road on the right hand side.
