Perfectly situated in a quiet part of Ayia Napa close to Nissi Beach. The apartment itself is a spacious high quality fully equipped modern 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom. 2nd floor apartment having air conditioning throughout. The apartment comprises 1 bedroom (1 x twin with fitted wardrobes), family bathroom and an open plan fitted lounge/dining area/kitchen. A very comfortable lounge area with 2 x sofas with the added benefit of satellite TV.

Check-in after 16.00 and departure by 11.00. (These times may be flexible). Late departures may be subject to a "late departure fee". If you have a late returning flight we recommend you book an extra night.

Security deposit of 150.00 euro will be taken with the final balance to cover any accidental damage which may occur during your stay. The property will be checked for any damage after departure and any costs incurred will be advised. Security deposit will be returned within 14 days of departure.

A 15% deposit is required within 7 days of booking. A 100% deposit is required if your booking date is within 28 days of arrival.

The final balance and security deposit is due 28 days prior to arrival. If you have not contacted us then we will collect the final balance using the card details already provided.

It is recommended that you take out Travel Insurance cover before arriving with adequate cover to meet any possible expenses either medical, consequential or thi.rd party.

The Famagusta region

Paralimni (10 minutes drive) is the largest town in the area with at least two large supermarkets and many shops, both modern and traditional. Two beautiful churches sit in the main square, where you can also sit and enjoy a leisurely drink watching the world (and the locals) go by.

Pernera/Protaras (10 minutes drive) are another two local resorts well worth a visit - it has all the usual commercial resort amenities including 'Fig Tree Bay' and beach.

Larnaca (30 minutes drive) is also worth a visit in its own right - it boasts a palm-lined seafront and Marina bustling with cafes, tavernas, shops and bars. There is also a scenic fortress castle, now used as the town's summer cultural centre. Larnaca's main shopping area is Zenon Kitieos Street, a typically busy road of small shops, with a colourful fruit and vegetable market at the far end.

Nicosia (70 minutes drive) is the capital of Cyprus and straddles Southern and Northern Cyprus - a beautiful modern city with an ancient town wall - take your passport and you are able to enter to the Northern side of the city where you will be able to truly appreciate the difference in each part's development in the last 35 years.
Cape Greco (10 minutes drive), the eastern-most point of Southern Cyprus, is a protected National Park with stunning scenery which offers such tremendous peace and tranquillity that seems a million miles away from the resorts. It is a place also popular with divers.

There are several Greek villages in the area all worthy of a visit to get a glimpse of traditional Greek Cyprus.
If you don't want to bother with a hire car, there is a frequent bus service which operates between all of the above, there are also coach tours.

A pedestrianised coastal path lies along the entire length of the coast from Protaras, into Ayia Napa, past Nissi Bay and on towards Ayia Thekla - ideal for walkers and cyclists.

The Ayia Napa / Nissi Beach area

Nissi Beach is located on the south-eastern tip of the sun-drenched island of Cyprus. This world famous horseshoe bay is known as one of Cyprus's most beautiful beaches (5 minutes' walk from apartment). The sand is white and the crystal clear waters are calm and shallow, perfect for children to play in or adults to soak and relax. If you enjoy doing something a bit more energetic the amazing selection of water sports will keep you busy. There are numerous beach bars and restaurants to cater for everyone’s tastes, from lively music to watching the perfect view.

Within minutes is one of Europe’s biggest water parks. The park is packed with attractions for all ages. It is well worth spending a whole day here.

There is plenty to do in the evenings. The resort has many top quality restaurants with enclosed play areas, so you can enjoy a romantic meal while your children play in easy view. Most bars show sporting events and have evening entertainment, from live music to Karaoke - and the children will love the nearby fun parks.

The cosmopolitan resort of Ayia Napa is only 3km away (15 minutes' walk/3 minutes' taxi). Far enough for a good night’s sleep but close enough for a little adventure. Although Ayia Napa is well known for it’s lively nights, it has become very family orientated and hosts a large number of amazing restaurants and chic bars.

The harbour at Ayia Napa is also within walking distance. Boat trips can be taken from here. It has it's own beautiful beach with some of the best fish restaurants nestled on the harbour overlooking the small, colourful, local fishing boats.

The beautiful Ayia Napa Monastery imposes over the town. It was here that the icon of the Virgin Mary was discovered and the cave turned into a site of worship for the locals.

• Leave the airport, there is only one way out.
• At the immediate roundabout turn LEFT signposted Lemesos/Lefkosia
• You are now on the Motorway.
• Once on the motorway do not turn off, the signs will change to Ayia Napa and Paralimni
• After approx 35 minutes you will see Olympic Lagoon Resort on the right, immediately after this indicate left and take the slip road, signposted Ayia Napa ..
• Continue ahead over the motorway. You will pass EKO GARAGE on the left.
• Continue straight ahead for approx 1km to the Traffic Lights.
• At the traffic lights turn LEFT.
• Take the immediate next LEFT (Garden Restaurant)
• Continue straight ahead. Turn 2nd LEFT into the apartment complex.
• You have reached Nissi Elena Apartment Complex.

“Perfect balance” The apartment was perfect for what we wanted. We booked last minute, to meet friends stopping in Ayia Napa right on the strip which we didn't fancy. The apartments were ideally located for nissi beach, and a 20 minute walk - or a 6/7 (2 euro per person - see how many you can get in a taxi!) euro taxi ride to the strip. Our apartment had the best balcony, really big and perfect for the sunshine all day, and the pool was nice too. Everything was lovely and clean, and the kitchen fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. The air con was an absolute god send and included within the rental price. John, our contact at the rental company, was brilliant at responding to any problems we had and was always contactable. The apartments blocks themselves had a mixture of people stopping in them while we were there, from middle aged couples to families and several young groups - which were well behaved. Bear in mind you are booking to go to Ayia Napa, its not really a typical family resort and there was some noise from the groups preparing to go out, nothing you wouldn't expect though. Nearby there are several supermarkets nearby, if you turn left at the bottom of the road leading to Nissi Elena and keep walking you'll find the cheaper larger ones with a better variety of food and drink. The restaurants nearby are also good, with good value menu offers, be aware you get LOTS of food! All in all perfect location for chilled out days and hectic nights out!
