Home description
Relax and enjoy the breeze of the Mediterranean Sea in this beautiful newly built air conditioned 3 bedroom detached villa with 2 bathrooms, just 200m from the shoreline. Outside it has its own private pool and sun bathing area surrounded by lovely Cypriot plants and flowers including jasmine, bougainvillea, hibiscus and a lemon tree.
Enjoy a mid night dip in the pool which is well lit and enjoy the evening perfume of the flowers which surround the villa.
The 3 bedrooms are very spacious and have fitted wardrobes and dressing tables with mirrors. There is one ground floor bedroom and bathroom within the villa, which is ideal for people with difficulty climbing stairs. And, the 2 upper bedrooms lead onto a sunny balcony with fantastic views of the turquoise waters of the sea. All bedrooms fitted with shutters to keep the Villa cool in the midday heat.
The villa will comfortably sleep 6, and a double sofabed is provided in the lounge to accommodate a further 2 people if required. Each bathroom is fitted with a power shower with one situated on each floor.
There are plenty of seating areas around the villa, with sunbeds for those wishing to catch a few rays!
This is an ideal destination for families, and those attending wedding parties in Ayia Napa, Nissi Beach or Ayia Thekla Church.
And for your convenience the Villa is within a 2 minute walk to new supermarket which sells everything from fresh bread daily, newspapers, beer, wine, ice-cream and much much more.

The Famagusta District
The area has a fantastic climate from April to the end of November and a very mild winter period ideal for walking cycling and fishing.
Ayia Napa / Ayia Thekla area
Approximately 2 minutes by car (or approx 12 mins walk) is the largest Water Park in Europe. Great for the kids, and fantastic for the big kids! There is also an amusement park in Ayia Napa. Alternatively you can visit the nearby village of Soltira for more traditional Greek Cypriot tavernas And, nearby is Potamos Creek with its brightly painted fishing boats lined up along the creek. Here you will find 2 delightful fish tavernas. The nearby sandy beach of Ayia Thekla is only a few minutes walk away
How to get there
Larnaca Airport is approx 30 minutes away. A transfer service can be arranged if required or alternatively car hire can be arranged. Car hire can be collected from the airport and payable at the time. BA.com is a good website to find flights from Heathrow/Gatwick. Many airlines fly from other destinations including: flythomascook.com; firstchoice.co.uk; and cyprusairways.com

* A 5% discount is offered when booking for 2 or more consecutive weeks for parties up to 6 people for the months of September and October.
* A 20% deposits required to confirm your booking. Non-refundable on cancellation of booking. Full balance payable 6 weeks before arrival.
* £150 key & damage deposit required on paying balance . Refundable after inspection by property manager.
* For the benefit of other guests, smoking is not permitted in the Villa, but is permitted outside on the patio and balcony.
* 5% off for repeat guests.

It is recommended that insurance is taken out by the hirer and their party against cancellation, personal accident, personal possessions and medical cover including the completion of an E111 form which you can obtain from your local post office in the UK.
