A large 2 bedroomed apartment (sleeps up to 6) situated within a complex in central Ayia Napa. Ideal for a lively holiday close to the main strip near all the bars/restaurants but located just far enough away to gain a good night's/day's sleep. The complex is in a good position and in easy reach of all amenities. The apartment has recently undergone total refurbishment and is spacious and equipped with everything required. It also has a car parking space. A big supermarket is next to the complex. Bus stops, shops and restaurants are all very close by. The nearest beach is approx 10-15 minute walk away. You have use of all the complex's major facilities including bar/restaurant/big screen; the complex houses 3 pools; pool bars; laundry; jacuzzi and gym. Ayia Napa main square is a 10 minute walk away.

The Famagusta District
A great all year round climate, the hottest months being July/August, Cyprus is a place for all types of holidaymakers. It offers beautiful beaches, great night life, plenty of excursions to local areas plus the Troodos mountains. Other excursions include Nicosia, Egypt and visiting the border overlooking the deserted Famagusta town may intrerest many people. There is a great market on Sundays at Larnaca and Larnaca is a great place to look around. You can get some good boat trips from Ayia Napa harbour at very reasonable prices and these can be great fun.
Ayia Napa area
Ayia Napa beaches have blue flag awards. The famous Nissi Beach is walking distance away. There is the water park which is great fun for all ages; Cape Greko National Park with picnic areas ideal for walking and cycling. Bus routes to Protaras and Pernera and Paralimni for shopping and local handicrafts. Driving is easy and safe but stick to the speed limits. The main square of Ayia Napa is the home of the famous monastary and there is a pottery market and shows put on regularly. There is a funfair with thrill seeking rides. Restaurants are everywhere with entertainment of all kinds to suit most people's tastes. There is also the water park for a great day out.

Further details indoors: Situated within a complex with use of 3 pools, laundry facilities; jacuzzi, sauna, gym, games room, main bar area and pool bar. There is a small balcony with table and chairs and pull clothes line with pegs for drying clothes. Water cooler inside apartment. The apartment has recently been refurbished to a high standard and is a good size. It has air conditioning in both bedrooms and a fan in the main living area with patio doors onto the balcony.
Further details outdoors: The Senator apartments complex (just across the road) puts on weekly BBQ and has pool DJ. A large supermarket is next to the main reception area plus there are various restaurants nearby. You have full use of all the Senator complex facilities as our block is part of this complex. There is a main laundry room in the Senator complex and also more washer/dryers underneath the block next door. There is space to park a car underneath our apartment. Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment but you may smoke on the balcony and ashtrays are provided for this. We can arrange airport transfers.

A £50.00 key/deposit fee is required for each person - minimum of £100.00
The full amount must be paid at least 3 months before departure, once your cheque has cleared keys will be sent via registered post.
Please note the owner accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage, injury, death to anyone or their belongings whatsoever whilst staying or visiting the apartment. Guests are reminded to take out adequate travel insurance.
