A large 2 bedroomed apartment (sleeps up to 6) situated within a complex in central Ayia Napa. Ideal for a lively holiday close to the main strip near all the bars/restaurants but located just far enough away to gain a good night's/day's sleep. The complex is in a good position and in easy reach of all amenities. The apartment is spacious and equipped with everything required. It also has a car parking space. A big supermarket is next to the complex. Bus stops, shops and restaurants are all very close by. The nearest beach is approx 10-15 minute walk away. You are also at liberty to use all the neighbouring complex's facilities (The Senator)including bar/restaurant/big screen; the complex houses 3 pools; pool bars; laundry; jacuzzi and gym. Ayia Napa main square is a 10 minute walk away.

Situated within a complex with a private pool, laundry facilities; jacuzzi, sauna, gym, games room, main bar area and pool bar. There is a small balcony with table and chairs and pull clothes line with pegs for drying clothes. Water cooler inside apartment. The apartment has been refurbished to a high standard and is a good size. It has air conditioning in both bedrooms and a fan in the main living area with patio doors onto the balcony. There are 4 single beds, one put-up bed and a large settee.

The Senator apartments complex (just across the road) puts on weekly BBQ and has pool DJ. A large supermarket is next to the main reception area plus there are various restaurants nearby. You have full use of all the Senator complex facilities as our block used to be part of this complex. There is a main laundry room in the Senator complex and also more washer/dryers underneath the block next door. There is space to park a car underneath our apartment.
Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment but you may smoke on the balcony and ashtrays are provided for this.
We can arrange airport transfers.

A £50.00 key/deposit fee is required for each person - minimum of £100.00
For use of the air conditioning there is an additional charge which is paid locally to our agents.
The full amount must be paid at least 3 months before departure, once your payment has cleared instructions for keys will be supplied.
Please note the owner accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage, injury, death to anyone or their belongings whatsoever whilst staying or visiting the apartment. Guests are reminded to take out adequate travel insurance.
The Famagusta region


A great all year round climate, the hottest months being July/August, Cyprus is a place for all types of holidaymakers. It offers beautiful beaches, great night life, plenty of excursions to local areas plus the Troodos mountains. Other excursions include Nicosia, Egypt and visiting the border overlooking the deserted Famagusta town may intrerest many people. There is a great market on Sundays at Larnaca and Larnaca is a great place to look around. You can get some good boat trips from Ayia Napa harbour at very reasonable prices and these can be great fun.
The Ayia Napa area
Ayia Napa beaches have blue flag awards. The famous Nissi Beach is walking distance away. There is the water park which is great fun for all ages; Cape Greko National Park with picnic areas ideal for walking and cycling. Bus routes to Protaras and Pernera and Paralimni for shopping and local handicrafts. Driving is easy and safe but stick to the speed limits. The main square of Ayia Napa is the home of the famous monastary and there is a pottery market and shows put on regularly. There is a funfair with thrill seeking rides. Restaurants are everywhere with entertainment of all kinds to suit most people's tastes. There is also the water park for a great day out.

We stayed at this apartment and found that apart from the interior of the apartment nothing was as described in the advertisement. The restaurant ,bar ,reception are none existent and have not been used for some time. The pool and the area around it is in a terrible state. the pool was empty when we were there. one of the pool ladders had no rungs on it at all. the whole complex resembled more of a rundown council estate than a holiday complex. The advertisement for this complex states that there are numerous pools and facilities to use but they belong to another complex (Senator Complex) where you have to buy drinks and food to use there facilities. This complex is 2 streets away and the management of the Senator complex stated to me that they had nothing to do with our holiday complex. Apart from a place to sleep there is nothing on this complex that one could use. Response: This guest stayed in our apartment in October when the season was coming to an end. Our apartment is located centrally in Ayia Napa just a 5 minute walk away from the main square and yet this guest said there were no bars and clubs nearby! We do state in our advert that our guests are able to use the facilities at the Senator apartements (just across the road) which has all the facilities one would need. Our apartment is located in the privately owned section of the Senator apartments known as the Mezarina. I always advise my customers to use the Senator's facilities, as long as you purchase a drink at the bar they have no objection to you using their bar, pools, restaurant etc. I have never missold this apartment and this is the first complaint I have received in the last four years. I truly hope this does not deter future customers. |
