A short two minute walk to the main bus route, with regular buses into surrounding areas at a nominal cost.

We have on average 20 days of Rain in this area the rest is pure Sunshine. This location has a great deal to offer, it is a wonderful holiday resort as it caters for families and guest's of all ages.

The Villa is just a 10 minute drive from the bustling town of Agia Napa which over the past few years has attracted tourism from all over Europe because of it's climate, beaches and ancient history. Paralimni is a short drive away, here you will find an abundance of shops, restaurants, cafe's and the larger supermarkets.

Ayia Thekla is a fantastic destination for families and for youngsters alike, with one of the most exceptional coastlines in the Mediterranean, its crystal clear waters, golden sandy beaches and constant sunshine, makes Ayia Thekla a must see all year round destination.

The near by villages are a wonderful place to go and see just how the Cypriot people live, they will welcome you into their homes if you just stop for a minute to make conversation. The local Taverna and coffee shops are where you will see the locals enjoying their daily chats and drinking the familiar Cyprus Coffee in the cool shade under a tree. Call in and join them, you would always be welcomed. their hospitality is overwhelming, a lovely way to see how the local people live.

The Ayia Napa / Ayia Thekla area

The villa is far enough away from the seasonal tourist crowds, yet close enough to offer easy access to an abundance of bars, shops and restaurants which can be found locally and on the outskirts of Ayia Napa. There is also a local outdoor market twice a week.

The quaint fishing village of Potamos is within easy walking distance from the villa with two restaurants serving freshly caught fish, a wonderful place to watch the sunset on a warm summer evening.

Located nearby is the Award Winning Waterworld Water Park which is a must see for kids and adults alike. The local white sandy beach is within walking distance and has a sheltered cove with shallow waters.

Available from the beach side restaurant are sun beds, snacks etc for hours of relaxation and fun in the sun. The villa is 200 mtrs from the sea, 10 minutes walk to the local beach, 1 mile from Waterworld Water Park and 7 km. from the centre of Ayia Napa.

The church of Ayia Thekla is one of the oldest spots in the area dating back to the middle ages. It sits in a peaceful setting, fronted by the beautiful turquoise Mediterranean Sea and surrounded by natural flora. A small sandy beach also lies here with a tiny island just off the shore that keeps the waves away. Legend has it that the church over the centuries has suffered severe damage caused by the many armies that conquered the island through time. The Church in its present condition dates back to the beginning of the last century.
