The penthouse apartment is situated on the second floor overlooking the pools and served by lifts and within a 5 minute walk of Nissi Beach with its beautiful sandy bays and crystal clear waters and a short 2 minute walk to local restaurants and bars. The complex itself benefits from both a communal and a children's pool and is in the quieter part of Ayia Napa with its 5 star hotels near by and from the balcony you can see the sea.
The tastefully furnished apartment comprises of an open plan kitchen/diner, lounge with sofa bed, 2 bedrooms, bathroom and a patio where you can watch the sun rise and enjoy alfresco meals and a drink or two whilst soaking up the Mediterranean sun. The rental prices quoted are for 2 to 6 people.

The apartment has been furnished to a high standard and has air conditioning in the living areas and bedrooms to ensure that you have a comfortable stay and a home from home on your holiday. Patio doors lead out onto the balcony where you can enjoy al fresco meals whilst taking in the view of the pool and gardens and Nissi Bay beyond.
The large living area boasts a fitted kitchen with washing machine and dining area, the lounge area has a double bed/settee and satellite TV with DVD player. Both bedrooms have built in wardrobes, the main bedroom has a double bed, whilst the second bedroom has 2 single beds.
The apartment benefits from double glazing and solar panels to provide endless hot water.

Although a car is not necessary to enjoy the facilities that Nissi Bay and Ayia Napa have to offer, should you wish to hire a car, then there is a dedicated parking space under the property.
The apartment is reached by either a lift or marble staircase.
There are two communal pools for the complex, one for adults and the other a dedicated kids pool, in blocks D and E there are communal showers/changing rooms and there are communal toilets in every block.
The apartment is on a quiet complex set back from the main coastal road of Nissi Avenue affording you peace and relaxation should you want to get away from it all!

A 25% deposit is payable on booking to secure dates.
The balance of your holiday is due 8 weeks prior to departure date.
For bookings made less than 8 weeks prior to departure, full payment is due at time of booking.
A "Meet and Greet" service is provided by our Management Company in resort.
A call out emergency service is provided, this is available 24/7, however, there is a charge payable locally if you call the management company out for misuse of the property.
A refundable breakages deposit of £300 is required with the balance, or if a group is accepted a refundable breakages deposit of £500 is required with the balance, this will be refunded within one week of your return home (subject to satisfactory property inspection.)
We will do our best to accommodate your needs on departure and arrival, however, if the apartment is to be occupied later on the day of departure, we would ask that you vacate the apartment by 12 midday.
Airport transfers, baby equipment, welcome packs etc can all be booked through us (additional charge applies, payable locally.)
PLEASE NOTE UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES DO WE EXCEPT BOOKINGS FROM SINGLE SEX PARTIES.
THE LEAD PASSENGER ON ALL BOOKINGS MUST BE AT LEAST 21 YEARS OF AGE.

The Famagusta District lies on the eastern side of the island and is split between Northern (Turkish) and Southern (Greek) Cyprus.
There are many lovely beaches with sandy beaches and bays with crystal clear waters, with Nissi Beach on your doorstep and other lovely beaches and bays such as Fig Tree Bay and Konnos Bay a short drive away.
There are many diving schools in the area and some of the best dives can be found in the Konnos Bay area.
If you hire a car you can discover the many traditional villages with their unique charm and cuisine.
With almost year long sunshine, 330 days per year, Cyprus is a year round destination, the area has a warm climate, with mild winters and summer temperatures well in excess of 30 degrees centigrade.
The Ayia Napa / Nissi Beach area
When you hear the name "Ayia Napa" some people will think of the nightlife and clubs, however, Ayia Napa is a resort that is family orientated offering excellent beaches, a busy harbour where you can get boat trips or sample the local catch. The town of Ayia Napa is full of history and tradition, why not take in the local monestry on a visit to this cosmopolitan town?
The nearest beaches are Nissi and Sandy Bays, where if you are feeling energetic you can parasail, jet ski, go on the famous Nissi Twister etc or for thrill seekers there is always the bungee jump which is located between Nissi and Sandy Bays, you can be entertained from your sunbed by watching the brave or stupid!!
There is a coastal path linking the many beaches and secluded bays, and a dedicated cycle path for those wishing to hire bikes and explore the area.
The bars and restaurants along Nissi Avenue have a very varied cusine, they range from Chinese, Mexican, Italian, Japanese, Thai and of course the traditional Greek/Cypriot Tavernas, not forgetting the usual fast food outlets.
Waterworld water park is nearby, 5 minutes in a taxi/car or a 15 minute walk, it is one of the largest waterparks in Europe, the park has a Greek theme and is well worth a visit.

WOW! Had an amazing stay. The apartment far exceeded our expectations and the cleanliness was of an extremely high standard. The air-conditioning was a god send. Facilities were great, especially the washing machine!!! The apartment was very spacious and clean, couldn't have asked for anything better. The owner organised transfers to and from the airport, which is highly recommended along with a welcome pack for our arrival at the apartment, which was very welcome. The pool environment was relaxing and peaceful. Shops and restaurants were a short walk away, with a large food/drink/souvenir shop 100metres away. Sunrise over Nissi bay is a must do, and will be expecting us again in the near future. |

My family and I stayed at the apartment for a week. We receieved a professional service from the day we expressed an interest into booking the apartment to having our bond money returned to us at the end of our holiday , when we had returned home. The apartment was spacious, well equipped (more than just your basics) and clean. It had air conditioning and a nice sized balcony to relax on. When we arrived we were pleasantly surprised , as some basic food items had been purchased for our arrival , to start our holiday. The apartment is only 5 minutes frm Nissi Beach which is beautiful . If you want to relax on the beach stay towards the Nissi Beach hotel side of the beach. There are so many other beautiful becahes that cn be visite din the area too. Central Aiya could be seen in the distant by night and was only a 25 minutes walk away. It was far enough not to be affected by any noise. We would use this apartment again and would recommend it to family and friends, |

As we arrived at Larnaca airport we was meeted and greated by our taxi driver who took us straight to the apartment. The apartment was beautiful both inside and out and was immaculately clean! Everything was explained to us as we entered the apartment about A/C useage, the pool details and how everything worked etc. The place was stunning. Brilliant location to Nissi beach and just a 5 minute taxi ride away from Ayia napa strip which was 8 euros.....so decently priced. The bedrooms were well equiptment with 2 large double wardrobes in each room as well as bedside lamps, mirrors, bedside drawers and very comfy beds. Extra bedding and pillows were left if needed. The two outside pools were clean. Neightbours were peaceful and never complained about music or noise once.....not that we were loud but a group of girls on holiday can sometimes be abit loud for people. The apartment had EVERYTHING you could possibly need, even for nights of staying in, which over the 3 weeks of staying here we did a few times. the only down fall to the stay was that someone stole 2 of our sunbeds from around the pool when at the beach one day and we were charged for their loss. Other then that i would highly reccommend for anyone to stay here. Perfect!
