This spacious luxury air conditioned three-bedroom villa has been tastefully furnished and decorated to provide comfortable living accommodation both inside and out. There is a spacious lounge/diner with access to a large terrace at the front of the property and to the rear is a small private pool and patio with sun lounges and garden furniture provided. In the bedrooms are fitted wardrobes all with plenty of hanging space and shelving. There is also a private roof terrace with stunning panoramic sea views and lounges to enjoy the hot Mediterranean sun. There is a supermarket and lovely restaurant near by and the beach is only a five-minute walk away.

The Famagusta District
Cyprus makes for an all year round holiday resort, the main season is from May until October with sea temperatures warm for comfortable swimming. Even in Winter when the temperature is on the cool side the sun still shines. There are plenty of beaches to enjoy nearby, the beautiful Konnos bay is a must, Pernera, Nissi bay, Macronissos and your local beach Ayia Thekla, all these beaches have been awarded the Blue flag. Atlantis water park , one of the largest in the Mediterranean is approx 15 mins walk , providing a great family day out. If you desire the need to explore further a field the A3 is approx 5 mins away , from here within 2.5 hours you can be enjoying The Troodos mountains, it is the highest point on the island and well worth a visit passing through local villages on your way. Pano Platres the higher town has small hotel, cafes and bakeries making it an ideal place to stay if you fancy skiing in the winter months. The Paphos region with its stunning golf courses is a 3 hour drive , Or you may choose to just drive and explore this lovely island, wherever you venture you can always be sure of a warm welcome
Ayia Napa / Ayia Thekla area
Ayia Napa is a 5 minute drive, where you can enjoy a large variety of night life until the small hours, also experience the many different delicacies of the vast array of restaurants and the lovely Nissi Beach. The harbour offers local boat trips to various locations or just sit and enjoy the views in one of the many restaurants. Protaras with its well renowned Fig Tree Bay and stunning sandy beach is only 10 minutes drive, with varied souvenir shops and multicultural restaurants, well worth a visit. The local and cultural shopping area with supermarkets offering everything you need is situated in Paralimni, which is only a 15 minute drive away, or just sit and drink in one of the may cafes.
How to get there
Larnaca airport is just a 40 minute drive on a dual carriageway (A3) with very light traffic. Flights into Larnaca - Helios airways, ba.com, cyprusairways.com, xl.com, firstchoice.co.uk. Further details indoors: The lounge/dining room offers spacious accommodation and the separate well equipped fully fitted kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher makes life very easy even while on holiday. The 3 bedrooms are of a generous size with fitted wardrobes and all with their own bathroom or shower, meaning no queues.
Further details outdoors: Outside the gardens are all planted with various local trees and shrubs. There is a small private pool with outside shower. A large terrace is situated at the front of the villa and upstairs there is another huge terrace with views towards the Mediterranean sea and is showered in sun all day long. A barbecue is available and outside lighting.
