The Famagusta District
The east side of this fantastic Meditarenean island can easliy be explored from this property. Protaras, Kapparis, Paralimni, Famagusta are less than an hour's drive. The popular Waterworld is 15 minutes walk. Great place for children. Why not visit Nissi Beach, the fishing village of Potamos or take a leisurely walk along the banks of the Mediterranean sea and end up in Nissi Beach at Ayia Nappa?
Football lover - yes, pubs and restaurants show live premiership games - enjoy.
Ayia Napa / Ayia Thekla area
Ayia Thekla and Ayia Nappa are both coastal towns on the eastern side of the island. Beaches stretch before your eyes all the way from these areas to Larnaca - join the fun at the beaches.
As a lover of fish, my first place of visit would be fishing village of Potamos, about 4 min drive from Villa - fresh fish, loads of vegetables and olive oil. Have a fun day at the popular Water world - 20min walk. Spend the sunning afternoon soaking the sun at the beach - Nissi beach, Makronissos beach or Ayia Thekla beach. Go sight seeing at Protaras, Kapparis or Paralimni -all under half an hour drive from Villa. Well if you have a car, go for a day out to the Theodorus mountains
Local activities include fishing, watersports and family retreats, feasts and festivals. An English market is on Wednesdays for English goodies. Those who like a walking holiday or rural/country side retreats will find Ayia Thekla a great choice.
How to get there
Fly from Teesside, Manchester, Newcastle, London Heathrow, Bimingham, etc to Larnaca airport. XL Airways, Cyprus Airways, My Travel Airways, British Airways, Lufthansa, KLM, Easy Jet are among the many airlines that fly to Larnaca. The Villa is 5 km from Ayia Napa and about 20 min walk from the famous Water World. From Larnaca airport to the Villa is about 40 min drive on the A3 motorway. Taxi fare should not be more than EUR35.
There are many car hire companies in the airport including Hertz, Europ Car, and many more. You need a car to get about while in Cyprus. It is cheaper to rent a car before departure for your holiday and pick up at Larnaca Airport as many guests have done.

Ayia Nappa, Nissa Beach, Protaras, Cape Greko, pubs and restaurants are under 10 min drive from Villa. Fancy the fresh fish delight in Potamos, 4 min drive from Villa, shopping at Ayia Thekla supermarket, 12 min walk from Villa or the English market on wednesdays, 5 min walk from the Villa.

Pool is large and deep and is not suitable for children those learning to swim. Villa is suited to all groups of people - families, couples, singles, professionals, newly weds, wedding or anniversary. Conditions
A £250 refundable breakage deposit is required reflecting the high level of furnishings in villa. A refundable booking fee of £150 for the full duration of stay(not per week) is required as well as a £55 laundry charge. No smoking inside villa, no pets of any description. Full payment is due 4 weeks before commencement of tenancy after which a GUEST information PACK will be provided. Please provide your own pool towels, washing up and cleaning liquids.
Prices quoted are for entire Villa rental per week and NOT per person. A welcome pack is available on request. Details in information pack
