This stunning and elegant villa quietly sits in its own private grounds and is only a short drive to the famous local town of Ayia Napa . The house has been lavishly furnished , with a lovely pool, sun terrace, tables and chairs outside to enjoy al fresco dining. The inside is very modern and striking, with colourful and unique furnishings, a spacious lounge and modern kitchen which will impress all visitors.
The property has a double bedroom with en suite shower room and a twin bedroom.
There is also a double sofa bed in the living area.
The apartment is professional managed.
We have a local resort office in Ayia Napa.

Famagusta is a district of eastern Cyprus where the tourist centres of Ayia Napa, Protoras and Pernera are located. It lies in a bay between Capes Greco and Eloea, east of Nicosia and possesses the deepest harbour on the island. To the north of Famagusta are the impressive ruins of Salamis. This once great city is believed to have been founded in the 11th century BC
A coastal path lies along the entire coast from Protaras, into Ayia Napa, past Nissi bay and on towards Ayia Thekla - ideal for walkers and cyclists.
