About the home

Villa Agnes is situated in a prime location in Ayia Napa. Far enough from all the clubs and night life securing piece of mind yet close enough to access them by foot. What makes the location so unique is that it is only a breath away from the busiest and most popular beach in the Mediterranean, The Nissi Beach.

The most popular hotels for weddings, the Nissi Beach Hotel, the Adams Beach Hotel and the Aenias Hotel are also accessible by merely crossing the road. So if you are attending a wedding to one of these hotels or any other hotel in Ayia Napa, or just looking for the perfect holiday break, this is the ideal Villa for your stay. The villa is newly built, with its own private pool, garden, fenced yard/parking, and barbecue area. Furnished, decorated and equipped with all the amendments including free Wi-Fi internet connection to provide you with a high spec holiday vacation.

The villa would suit everyone including families and couples. It is in the best location and therefore a car is not required. It is fully air conditioned and furnished to a high standard. For your safety, plastic glasses and bowls are supplied so no glass items are to be used around the pool. Smoking is not permitted in the villa. Furthermore there is a signed contract with a security company to patrol the villa everynight and also to respond to any call by guests around the clock in case of security issues of any sort is arise. Emergency calls are paid locally.

Wi-Fi internet access available free of charge. Additional 21" LCD TV in one bedroom.PS2 available on request. Frappé mixer, and a full set of cutlery including plastic dishes for using around the pool, are also available. Baby cot and high chair will be supplied on request.

Conditions

Changeover days are flexible. A 30% deposit is required on booking the villa that will be non-refundable on cancellation, with the balance payable 8 weeks before arrival.

Smoking or pets are not allowed within the villa.

A €350 compensation deposit is also required which will be refunded after the villa is inspected on or max 2 weeks after your departure.

The Famagusta region

Once a sleepy fishing villages, Agia Napa on the south-east coast with its fabulous beaches of fine white sand, and Protaras, the coastal area of Paralimni, in the east with its hundreds of windmills, are nowadays abuzz with life.

Spend the day sunning yourself on the beach, swimming in the warm turquoise waters or taking a short cruise along the coast. Some of the best snorkelling and diving can be head off Cape Greko, the eastern peninsula national forest park, with its secluded coves and rocky outcrops, impressive cliff top views and sea caves.

This area is known collectively as the "Kokkinochoria", "red soil villages", because of the rich red earth in which Cyprus' famous potatoes are grown. Culture lovers can explore the medieval churches found in villages like Sotira or go round the folk art museums displaying rural artefacts in Deryneia and Avgorou.

Cyprus enjoys a wonderful Mediterranean climate with all year round sunshine. Average Temperatures are winter 15-21 degrees, spring 24-26 degrees and summer 30-40 degrees.

Holidays in Ayia Napa really do have the best of both worlds. On the one hand, the resort's a buzzing party paradise, bustling with cutting-edge clubs and trendy bars. On the other hand though, there's a more tranquil side to this once fishing village. Take a look at the medieval monastery and stroll around its gorgeous gardens. Flop down onto the silvery sands of Nissi Beach were the waters sparkle like crystal. Or pull up a chair at a pavement cafe in the atmospheric main square and watch the world go by.

Nissi Beach-Our Neighbourhood

The quieter neighbourhood of Ayia Napa, next to the busiest and most popular beach of the island, The Nissi Beach. Fine sands and clear shallow waters. Holidays in Nissi Beach inevitably focus on the wonderful stretch of golden sand that sweeps round the bay. What's more, it's got the added bonus of its own little desert island, just off shore within swimming distance.

As for entertainment and nightlife, a Nissi Beach holiday can be as busy or relaxing as you like. During the day you can try your hand at a range of beach based water sports or head for the largest themed water park in Europe Waterworld Water Park. As for the 'after dark' scene, there's a good selection of eateries, serving everything from traditional Greek fare to the far eastern Japanese cuisine and sushi. This all can be concluded to one of the finest clubs in town the Castle club, where you can extend the evening into the early hours.

“An excelent villa within walking distance to Nissi beach” Our daughter was married at Nissi beach resort so we rented the Villa Agnes for a week with freinds and relations. The Villa was easily within walking distance from al the 'local' aminities. It was clean well maintained and well equiped for holidays. The pool was well maintained & clean. “Great villa great location couldn't ask for more.” Stayed at the villa in april for a wedding we went to. We had two teenagers and two small children ,all together there was eight of us. The villa was plenty big enough for all of us . The villa was great everything you need . Good location just a five min walk to nissi beach which is great for all ages and five min walk to shops and restaurants , no need for a car. nicos was good he arranged a mini bus for us from the airport, which saves alot of hassle getting a taxi. nicos made everything so easy to arrange. “Great Villa in Excellent Location” We stayed in Villa Agnes for 10 nights late April. Arrived late at night so when we got there it was nice to see that milk and water had been left for us. The villa was great and the location was fab just a 5 minute walk to the restaurants pubs and beach. It was pretty quiet on the complex as this was early in the season but was fine. The taxi that picked us up from the airport gave us his card so we just phoned him when we wanted to go anywhere and he took us back to the airport ( Nicos arranged this). Nicos did come around a few times to see if we were ok but kept missing us but text us to see if everything was ok. Will definately be going back next year. Response: Thanks for the review. “Excellent rest on villa Agnes” We stayed at villa Agnes with friends during 14 days in May 2011. We liked very much our holidays. Villa Agnes is in a complex Nissi Golden Sands Villas. The complex and villa have a very good location. It is absolutely close to the famous Nissi beach – no more than 5 minutes on foot through hotel territory. The cafe, restaurants, shops, offices of rent a car and bicycles are also not far from the villa. The way to Agia-Napa centre takes 20-30 minutes on foot. The owner of villa Nikos was very kind and organized for us a transfer from airport to villa. It was very handy, because we arrived in the dead of night. The villa is very comfortable, clean and well equipped. There is all necessary for life – a cook stove, a microwave, a refrigerator, a washing machine etc. Everything is in a very good condition. Pool is bigger than it seems on the pictures. In general, we liked Cyprus very much . It is a wonderful island with a good climate, beautiful mountains, local food and a big quantity of historical and Christian sights. We really enjoyed our stay at villa Agnes. Stayed at the villa from 28/08-11/09/2010.The villa is really beautifull, the bedrooms are spacious, beds comfortable, wardrobes huge, airconditioning in every room. The lounge is comfortable with good size sofas to relax. The kitchen is well equipped, no needs to take anything from home. The garden was great - we could sit and eat outside at the table under the sun umbrella all day. The pool made the real difference - it was big, clean and we had lots of fun in the water. The beach was withing 5 min walk through the nearby hotels gardens. The restaurants and shops about the same distance.
I would definitely recommend this. We hope we will be back soon. Iva&Simon

Hi,everyone. We are from Ukraine and we stayed at Nissi Golden Sands Villa 4 during 12 days in August 2010. We really enjoyed our accomodation, because the villas itself is in very good condition, the backyard with the pool is good as well. The owner of the villa is very kind and helpful with any issues we had. Inside of the villa we found everything we needed, and when something was missing, the owner kindly provided us with it. The villa is situated next to the beach (5-7 minutes walking)and it is next to small shops where we found all basic things for staying. We are sure that we will come back soon and we recommend this villa without any hesitation. We are sure you will enjoy your stay at Villa 4 Nissi Golden Sands! All the best from Ukraine

We spent a week in Villa Agnes from 25th Oct 2010 to 1st Nov 2010 and it was the best holiday we have had. The villa is clean, spacious, great location and had everything you need.
