This spacious three double bedroom house on the new Costa Esuri Golf Complex is fully furnished. The accommodation is on three floors, plus a large roof terrace, complete with BBQ, sun loungers, and patio furniture. The amazing views from the roof terrace and the first floor balcony stretch over the golf course to the Guadiana river and Portugal.The top floor is totally private with a bedroom and TV, en-suite and its own sun terrace. Electric fans in every room.Down stairs comprises a kitchen with fridge microwave cooker, utillity room with washing machine and access to garden.Living/dining room with TV, CD ,PS1 and double doors to the garden.The middle floor has 2 bedrooms with 2 balconies and large family bathroom.

Welcome pack and clean linen on arrival. Local English lady provides key service and cleans during rentals.

The Andalucia region

Costa de la Luz or "coast of light" has the highest number of days of sun in Spain.It has a wonderful climate and has around 300 days of sunshine a year.Temperatures can reach 28 -30 degrees in the summer months.The area benefits from a cooling Atlantic breeze that makes even August pleasant! The area is also a nature reserve and is ideal for birdwatching and is therefore protected from over-development.

The house is a 5 minute drive from the Portuguese border allowing easy access to Portugal's many golf courses and sandy beaches as well as those in Spain. The beautiful city of Seville is just over an hours drive away.


Costa Esuri is a fantastic new holiday development with two 18 hole golf courses, one of championship length,plus many onsite amenities including restaurants,shops, bars.The unspoilt and beautiful fishing town of Ayamonte is 5 minutes drive with shops, bars, restaurants. Tapas bars,shopping centres and banks. Many of Ayamonte's streets are pedestrianised and you can sit and watch the world go by in it's many traditional tiled and tree-lined plazas.Take a ferry to Portugal from the harbour or one of the many scenic river cruises.

Isla Canela(10 is the nearest beach, with watersports, kitesurfing and windsurfing, and miles of beautiful sand.There are waterparks just outside El Rompido(Spain) and a fantastic one near Faro (Portugal). For older children there are sea and river trips from Isla Canela and El Rompido where they might see whales or dolphins.The area is ideal for golfers with a huge selection of competitively priced golf courses in both Spain and Portugal.(contact owners for more details-have played many of them!)Visit the marinas of Ayamonte or Isla Canela or the historic Tavira or Seville for a fantastic day out.Once you have visited this beautiful and unspoilt corner of Spain you want to come back time and time again!

"Excellent property excellent value"

We stayed here for a week towards the end of May.
We flew to Faro Portugal then rented a car the drive took us around an hour would have been less if co-pilot could read a map.
So I would say its a 3/4hr drive.
The complex where the property is situated is clean and tidy with a local shop with in a five minute walk. It stocks the basics and you can sit out side and have a drink with the locals. Also there is a restaurant and bar about a 10min walk.
The apartment is clean and tidy with good facilities.
The cleaner is only a phone call away should you need her.
The apartment has 3 balconies coming off various bed rooms all get the sun at some point during the day.
There is a communal swimming pool with excellent sunbathing areas.
You are very close to the boarder so very strange with the 1 hr time difference every time you go over the boarder.
Local towns Villarreal is a short 10min drive away. which has a good beach and supermarket etc.
All in all this is a great holiday rental and will easily sleep 6 people so would be a great place to share.

"An excellent base for a wide variety of holiday activities."

This house is easy to find and well positioned on a hill that catches the summer breezes. It is also comfortable and well-appointed. There is an excellent golf course within walking distance, a small town wilth all required amenities close by and a huge number of fine beaches a short drive away. There are an endless number of interesting ane easily accesible places to visit both in Spain and across the border into Portugal and some fantastic local walks. Horseriding is easy to arrange and the birdwatching potential is superb.
