The Apartment has an upstairs master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, with two terraces, showing views of the communal pool and the Championship Golf Course.
Downstairs are two, twin bedrooms, living/dining room, family bathroom, kitchen and utility rooms.
There is an additional terrace, large enough for outside dining and sun bathing – this terrace is directly opposite and above the communal pool - ideal for supervising the kids in the pool, while sunbathing on the loungers with a glass of wine.
The Apartment has been fitted out with high-quality furnishings and is ideal for holidaymakers or golfers alike.
The nearest town is Ayamonte, which is a charming fishing town, and has a wonderful old quarter full of narrow cobbled streets to explore and traditional Ayamonte property to admire. With plenty of cafes, bars, restaurants and nightlife, Ayamonte is steeped in history and the town has been a popular retreat to the Spanish for many years.
For beach lovers, the sandy beach of Isle Canela is a short drive away, as is the numerous sandy beaches of both the Spanish and Portuguese Algarve. Our particular favourite is Fabrica - where you take a small boat ride to a unspoiled sandy beach - sheer bliss - Fabrica is 15 mins by car from the apartment and has recently been featured in the Sunday Times advertising the Algarve.
For Golfers, the Spanish Algarve provides no lack of exceptional courses to enjoy. The Costa Esuri Golf Centre is a 10 min walk away. Within a 15 min drive are the Portuguese championship courses of Quinta do Vale (Seve Ballesteros designed course) and Monte Rei. (A Jack Nicklaus signature course)

The apartment is situated in Costa Esuri, on the banks of the Guardia River which is the border between Spain and Portugal (NB No Border guards etc.. just drive across a bridge into another country).

How to get there
Costa Esuri is on the border of Spain and Portugal. Faro Airport is 45min drive. Seville Airport is 75 min drive. Car Hire from all the major companies plus many budget providers is readily available.
All Major and Budget Airlines fly to either Faro or Seville inc Easyjet, Flybe, Thomson, Jet2.com, Ryanair etc..

The twin bedrooms share a large family bathroom equipped with a bath / shower, The master bedroom has a private en-suite with bath/ shower. There is a dressing area incorporating a double vanity unit.
Further details outdoors: Apartment is directly opposite the shared pool, giving adults sunbathing space while watching the children play on the pools. The pools are surrounded by a large grass garden - ideal for sunbathing and chilling out.
