The townhouse’s bedrooms are located on the first floor, bedroom one has a king size bed with a large terrace over looking the pool and communal gardens.

The Costa de la Luz / Huelva Province region
Situated on the south western coast of Spain is the unspoilt Costa de la Luz "Coast of Light". It boasts 300 days of sunshine, which is more sunshine hours than any other place in Europe.
Temperatures in winter months average 10 degrees C, perfect for a winter golfing holiday. The temperature rises to an average of 26 degrees C during the summer months.
Ayamonte / Costa Esuri area
Costa Esuri Golf Club opened in the autumn of 2006 being the first of 2 courses within the Costa Esuri “city” (a large new development on the edge of Ayamonte town on the Costa de la Luz).
The West course is well worth playing and although relatively new, the greens are already in excellent condition and the course overall is interesting. The front nine runs back & forth along side the Guadiana River (the estuary border between the Eastern Algarve & Spain) and offers some great views. It has a very “links like” feel to it. The back nine goes inland and a little more traditional with plenty of water features to challenge every level of golfer. Stroke index 1 is currently the par 3 12th, a longish (169 metres from the yellow) carry across water. An enjoyable course.
There are also a further 4 courses all within a 10minute car journey both in Spain and Portugal. Look at Castro Marim and Isla Canela Golf as additional courses to play.
Ayamonte is a beautiful, sophisticated spanish town situated on the mouth of the Guadiana River, with a modern marina. It is reminiscent of Portugal, with traditions acquired over centuries of history and it's proximity to Portugal makes it a popular destination for holiday makers who wish to take advantage of the best of the Costa de la Luz "Coast of Light" and the Portuguese Algarve.
Ayamonte has a wonderful cultural heritage, which can be seen in the churches and houses. There are neatly whitewashed houses, attractive squares and Baroque churches. The streets are lined trees and flowers. There are many restaurants and bars to relax and enjoy a good meal and leisurely drink.
Shoppers are drawn to the narrow streets in the town centre, many of which are pedestrianised, with a wide variety of shops to choose from. Ayamonte is surrounded by protected areas of wildlife, such as the Marismas del Guadiana (Guadiana Estuary Marshes), which is abundant with flamingos, storks and other bird life.

Further details indoors: The second bedroom has twin beds and a terrace overlooking the front of the property. Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes. There is a contemporary sofa in the lounge/dining area, which converts to a sofa bed for extra guests along with a TV/DVD player.
There is a large dining table with patio doors opening onto the terrace for al fresco dining. The terrace overlooks the communal gardens and swimming pools.
The kitchen is very well equipped for self-catering with a dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave and a washing machine.
