About the home

This spacious three double bedroom house on the new Costa Esuri Golf Complex is furnished to a high specification. The accommodation is on two floors, plus a large roof terrace, complete with BBQ, sun loungers, and patio furniture. The amazing views from the roof terrace and the first floor balcony stretch over the golf course to the Guadiana river and Portugal.

At the front, side and rear of the property is a large patio garden with a lawned area and the pool area is located less than 50m away.The golf course, the clubhouse, and other amenities are within just 10 minutes walk. Local shop, selling fresh bread etc. at end of road (3 mins ) Own secure parking space. Fully equipped, including TV, DVD, satellite TV ,selection of books, games ,videos,pool and garden toys, Paddling pool and selection of buckets and spades.

Explore the unspoilt wide sandy beaches of both the Spanish and the Portuguese Algarves, or visit the picturesque traditional Spanish town of nearby Ayamonte, with bars, shops, restaurant, and marina.

The house and the area are perfect for families, groups, or golfers alike, whether you're looking for a relaxing break in the sun, an active holiday, or the opportunity to discover the unspoilt Spain of the Costa de la Luz.

Refundable breakages deposit of £100 required with final payment, to be refunded within 2 weeks of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection).
25% of rental fee required as deposit to secure booking, balance due 8 weeks before departure please.

The Costa de la Luz region

Costa de la Luz or "coast of light" has the highest number of days of sun in Spain.It has a wonderful climate and has around 300 days of sunshine a year.Temperatures can reach 28 -30 degrees in the summer months.The area benefits from a cooling Atlantic breeze that makes even August pleasant!The area is also a nature reserve and is ideal for birdwatching and is therefore protected from over-development.

The house is a 5 minute drive from the Portuguese border allowing easy access to Portugal's many golf courses and sandy beaches as well as Spains'.The beautiful city of Seville is just over an hours drive away.

The Ayamonte / Costa Esuri area

Costa Esuri is a fantastic new holiday development with two 18 hole golf courses, one of championship length,plus many onsite amenities including restaurants,shops, bars.The unspoilt and beautiful fishing town of Ayamonte is 5 minutes drive with shops,bars,restaurants.tapas bars,shopping centres and banks.Many of Ayamontes' streets are pedestrianised and you can sit and watch the world go by in it's many traditional tiled and tree-lined plazas.Take a ferry to Portugal from the harbour or one of the many scenic river cruises.

Isla Canela(10 min.drive) is the nearest beach, with watersports,kitesurfing and windsurfing, and miles of beautiful sand.There are waterparks just outside El Rompido(Spain) and a fantastic one near Faro (Portugal). For older children there are sea and river trips from Isla Canela and El Rompido where they might see whales or dolphins.The area is ideal for golfers with a huge selection of competitively priced golf courses in both Spain and Portugal.(contact owners for more details-have played many of them!)Visit the marinas of Ayamonte or Isla Canela or the historic Tavira or Seville for a fantastic day out.Once you have visited this beautiful and unspoilt corner of Spain you want to come back time and time again!

Fly Faro-then a 60km.(40 min. drive) from airport via the IP1 Motorway that links Spain and Portugal. Fly to Seville-then a 125km. (90mins. drive) Motorway drive from airport. Budget airlines fly from both airports. Car hire available from airports and full driving instructions will be sent to you on confirmation of booking.

Thanks for a fabulous holiday! Really enjoyed the cocktails on the roof terrace whilst watching the amazing sunsets over Portugal. Lovely house -very stylish and comfortable -can't wait to go back and see more of the area.
