The private garden is landscaped with mediterranean and tropical planting and looks out on to the manicured communal gardens and swimming pool; an Andalucian BBQ and comfortable dining furniture will make this a hard house to leave! Of course, there is always the huge roof terrace from where you can watch the spectacular sunsets of Costa de la Luz.

The Costa de la Luz / Huelva Province region
Costa Esuri is situated in the best kept secret destination of Europe, the Costa de la Luz. This area has the most sun of all the Costas and the least rainfall. It is the perfect year round destination.
There are 32km of unspoilt beaches, the Donana National Park, Seville, Portugal's Algarve (across the International Bridge), several championship golf courses and ,of course, Ayamonte all within a very short driving distance.
Ayamonte / Costa Esuri area
The house is conveniently located on the banks of the Guadiana River, so close to the border with Portugal that you can see the connecting International Bridge. Only 15 minutes away from the apartment lay 30 miles of wide white sandy beaches and just 10 minutes from the traditional and picturesque town of Ayamonte.
The town of Ayamonte is a short drive. This is a traditional Spanish town that has kept its charm and architecture, some of which dates back as far as the Moors. Here you will find tapas bars, cafes and restaurants that will satisfy the most discerning holidaymaker. A stroll along the marina towards the harbour will bring you to the ferry that crosses the River Guadiana into Portugal. A short 10 minute crossing, taking in views of Ayamonte’s coastline, along to Isla Canela where the River Guadiana meets the sea. If preferred, you can drive across the International Bridge into Portugal, just 5 minutes from Costa Esuri.
Just over 1-hour away is Seville, an absolute must if you stay at Costa Esuri. Seville is a modern bustling city steeped in history and dominated by its Cathedral.
If you are looking for activities, then you are in the right place on Costa Esuri; horse riding, go karting, paintballing, fishing, boat trips, water parks are just a few of the activities available to you within a short driving distance. The blue flag beaches of Isla Canela, La Antilla, Redondela and Isla Cristina are well worth visiting, they form 30km of uninterrupted coastline along the Costa de la Luz.
This house is a perfect base for a golfing, walking, the beach, sightseeing or a totally relaxing holiday.
How to get there
Faro airport is the nearest and most convenient airport for Costa Esuri, it takes approximately 45 minutes to drive from the airport to Costa Esuri. Most car hire firms are represented at Faro airport.

Further details indoors: Entry to the property is gained through a private locking gate into the front garden which is beautifully landscaped; with planting that includes olive trees, bouganvillea and a wonderful variety of tropical plants. The tiled pathway leads to the front door shaded by a typical Andalucian covered porch.
The lounge is large, bright and beautifully furnished. 2 luxury sofas (one is a sofa bed), flatscreen television with satellite TV assure total comfort. The integrated dining area has a solid wood table and chairs with seating for 6. Glazed french doors lead to the landscaped rear garden, once again this is a beautifully planted outside space.
The private rear garden's dining patio,complete with BBQ, is furnished with rattan table and chairs and situated under the covered Andalucian terrace - the perfect shaded terrace for al fresco eating - with views of the communal gardens and swimming pools (one for children).
The master bedroom has twin beds and fully fitted wardrobes with integral chest of drawers. The full en suite has bath, shower, loo and bidet. Views of the golf course and swimming pool can be seen through the large window in this bedroom.
There are a further two twin-bedded rooms, each are beautifully furnished and have fully fitted wardrobes with integral chests of drawers. One bedroom has a large window overlooking the front garden, the second bedroom has a Juliette blacony.
These bedrooms share the large family bathroom; a fully tiled, light and bright room that has a full bath, shower, loo and bidet.
Stairs lead to the second floor and the roof terrace. This is a totally private area furnished with a table and chairs and sunbeds. From here the views are stunning, Costa Esuri golf course, the communal gardens and swimming pools. Looking further you can see Monte Gordo in Portugal and the River Guadiana.
Further details outdoors: The townhouse is located on a large corner plot and is very private set within a manzana of houses accessed via secure gate; keys and fob will be given on arrival. Reserved parking is to the front of the property. Views from the terraces and roof terrace of Costa Esuri golf course and it's surrounding unspoilt countryside are breathtaking.

The communal swimming pool is only available during high season (June-September) but beaches are only 5 minutes drive. A welcome pack can be arranged, please request when booking. Highchairs can be booked but are at extra cost. Towels are provided but please bring your own beach towels, the towels provided are for indoor use only. The property is managed by Manzana Property Management onbehalf of the owners; this is to ensure the property is clean and secure at all times. Also, the English speaking company are available 24 hours a day to help you, should the need arise.
