About the home

Spacious 3 double bedroom house on the new Costa Esuri golf complex with views over the golf course and near to the picturesque wide sandy beaches of the Spanish and Portuguese Algarves.

The property is furnished to a high specification and has a patioed rear garden with a BBQ, outdoor dining furniture and sun loungers. At the rear of the property, accessed by a private gate, are two shared swimming pools and a playground. The house has dual function air-conditioning/heating throughout the house.

The living area hosts a 32" LCD flatscreen TV, a dvd player with a selection of dvds and a Wii console with a selection of games. There is also a CD/radio with MP3 connector for ipods.

The living room also has a 3 seater sofa/sofa bed and a double sofa. Additionally there is an oak dining table and sideboard in the dining area.

In bedrooms 2 and 3 there are 2 twin single beds which can be set up as singles, or when zipped together they form a large king size double bed allowing flexibility of configuration.

Further details outdoors:
Outside there is a glass topped garden furniture set with 6 chairs, 2 sun loungers and a Weber barbecue. A terrace off the master bedroom overlooks the garden and swimming pool area.

A deposit of £100 is required to confirm a booking and the balance is due 6 weeks before arrival. A security deposit of £150 is required at this time which will be returned immediately after your stay subject to the return of the keys and inspection of the property for any damage. Cancellation less than 6 weeks in advance will result in loss of deposit (£100). Please ensure the property is as clean as you found it when you leave, any extra cleaning required will be deducted from the deposit.

Check in 3pm. Check out 11am.

The Costa de la Luz region

Costa de la Luz is named as the coast of light due to the having the largest number of days of sun in Spain. It is a nature reserve area that is protected from over development and features some of the best natural beaches, scenic golf courses and nature reserves for bird watching.

Costa Esuri is a new luxury golf complex with two 18 hole courses, one championship length. Additionally, the house is located 5 minutes from the Portuguese border allowing easy access to the many courses located on the Algarve.

The Ayamonte / Costa Esuri area

Costa Esuri has some onsite amenities including a mini market shop, restaurant and bar at the golf clubhose, two golf courses and easy access to the local town of Ayamonte (10 min drive).

The fishing town of Ayamonte is 4km away where there is a wide selection of good local restaurants and bars, many of which serve local spanish food from the region. Isla Canela marina is a further 10 min drive from Ayamonte and has a good selection of bars and restaurants around its harbour.

Faro airport is 40 minutes away and Seville airport is 1hr 15 minutes by car. Budget airlines fly to both airports and there are a variety of car hire firms at Faro and Seville airport including brand name firms (Avis, Hertz etc).
