Situated in south west coast of Spain, it is 5 minutes from Ayamonte town, 10 minutes from Isla Canela beach and a stones throw away from Portugal via road or ferry.


Set on the Costa Esuri golf complex the property has been furnished to a very comfortable and high standard. The apartment has all you would need for a relaxing holiday in the sun. Sleeping 6 it has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a large terrace to enjoy the hot days or watch the sun set. It has it's own private garden with a gate leading to the swimming pools.

The Costa de la Luz / Huelva Province region

Relatively undiscovered area of Spain yet this region offers so much to see and do. The very central location gives easy access to the Costa de la Luz /Huelva region or a short trip across the border into Portugal and the Algarve.
Visit one of the many great beaches such as Isla Canela or across the border to Monte Gordo.
Try out one of the many fabalous golf courses additional to the ones already at Costa Esuri.
Seville can be reached within an hour and the city of Huelva within 30 minutes, both boasting modern architecture and fashionable shops.
Visit the Parque Nacional de Donana near Huelva one of europes most important wetlands and home to incredible multitude of wildlife, or travel north to the Sierra de Aracena mountain range with its amazing caves.
For the young at heart and more energetic there is Go karting near Cartaya and waterparks over the border in Portugal.
Spend time visiting Castro Marim just across the border steeped in history with it's ancient fortress.
The weather is generally very good with more than 300 days of sunshine with hot summer months and milder winters making it perfect all year round, for golfers, those looking for the beach and those looking to explore or simply relax.

Ayamonte / Costa Esuri area

The apartment is located on the Costa Esuri golf courses 5 minutes outside the picturesque fishing town of Ayamonte and 10 minutes from the stunning beaches at Isla Canela.
The whole Costa Esuri development is set within the protected Marismas del Guadiana, the marshes of the Guadiana estuary which surround Ayamonte and are rich in wildlife including herons, storks and flamingos. Perfect for those birdwatches amongst you.

Ayamonte town is a typical Spanish town offering a good selection of restaurants and bars. The ocean provides the freshest fish and seafood for many of these restaurants. Ideal for families are the plaza's where the kid's can play and adults can sample the delights which it has to offer..
You can take a short ferry trip across the river to Portugal and the bustling town of Villa Real San Antonio.
From here also take a river cruise up the Guadiana stopping to see rugged countryside, Spanish villages and of course lunch and drinks. Well worth a go.

For golfers, soon to be 10 top quality courses with some on the doorstep and all within 35 minutes drive means you will not be disappointed - reduced green fees can be arranged. The Costa Esuri championship course is open and a new one due to be ready Dec 07. The new Jack Nicklaus course at Monte Rei is a must for any golfer and with Seve Ballesteros's course opening soon - it's a golfers paradise

Easyjet, Monarch, Thomson and British Airways fly to Faro
From Faro airport - 40 mins drive
Alternatively fly to Seville airport with Ryanair or BA - drive time 90 mins
Car Hire form both airports is well organised and reasonably priced.

Bedrooms - Comfortably furnished. Master bedroom with en suite and safe. Two further bedrooms have 2 single beds in each. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes, drawer space and patio doors leading to the terrace.

Lounge and Dining: The lounge is equipped with L shaped sofa, flat screen TV and other extras to make your time in the apartment an enjoyable one.

Kitchen. Fully equipped with all the essentials however I can recommend some superb restaurants in the area with great food and where the prices are excellent.

Everything you will need including
Travel Adapters, Hairdryer and a set of beach towels

Wrap around patio with garden furniture for alfresco dining. 2 sun loungers to soak up the sun.
The sunny private garden is securely fenced but with good visibility of the outside pool and gardens.
Direct access via garden gate to shared pool including children's pool.
The communal pool and gardens area is fenced off for the sole use of the complex residents.

A booking only becomes firm on receipt of a deposit payment of £150. Full payment is due eight weeks before departure date. Bookings made within eight weeks of departure, then full payment is due at time of booking.

A fully refundable damage deposit of £150 is required when you make the final payment.Once we have recieved confirmation from the maintenance company at Costa Esuri that the apartment has been left in perfect order, this will be returned to you promptly

If cancellation is necessary after payment then the following terms applies

Prior to 5 weeks booking commencement date 100% refund except initial deposit

5 weeks of booking commencement date will recieve 50% refund

3 weeks of booking commencement date will recieve no refund

The Damage deposit of £150 remains fully refundable
