Welcome to Casa Marie for our 2023 season ! We have dates available in July so please contact me if you’re looking to discover this beautiful area ! The rates haven’t altered since last year so maybe a break at Costa Esuri will entice you !

Casa Marie is a second floor duplex apartment with fabulous views over the golf course and pools.

In the South Western corner of Spain, lies the Golf Resort Complex of Costa Esuri. This area has become known as the Spanish Algarve due to it's proximity to Portugal. Close to miles of unspoilt sandy beaches which are never crowded even in the high season.

Please take a look at our modern and comfortable, three bedroomed air conditioned Duplex apartment at Marina Esuri, with its stunning views over the 18 hole Western Course on the banks of the Guadiana River.

The region boasts more sunshine than Florida.. 300 plus days a year! Breathtaking stretches of golden sandy beaches .19 holding Blue Flag status..Historic towns, festivals and fiestas... Championships golf courses.Stunning Nature reserves. Whatever type of holiday you require this location has it !

The apartment is situated within the community of Marina Esuri.

The apartment comprises .. On the first floor two twin bedded rooms. One with views over the golf course and the second having the benefit of French doors opening onto the large terrace. Between the two there is a large pleasant family bathroom with bath and overhead shower. Toilet, bidet and wash basin. The kitchen is also on this floor with all the usual appliances, cooker and hob, dishwasher microwave fridge-freezer. An adjoining utility room houses the modern washing machine, clothes airer, iron and ironing board. Across the hallway from the kitchen is the spacious lounge/diner.

This room has a table and seating for six and large L shaped leather sofa.. coffee table and 32" TV . and DVD player. The apartment now has WiFi .The lounge has french doors opening onto the large tiled terrace area running the full width of the apartment. A real suntrap with patio furniture and sun loungers. The terrace overlooks the communal pools, one paddling and one swimming which can easily be viewed from the terrace. It should be pointed out however that the pools are closed from November-February.

Back across the hall and up the wide staircase is the Master Suite with King sized bed which can be arranged as two singles if requested on booking. A beautiful en suite bathroom affords dressing area with large double wardrobes his and hers washbasins and full width mirror. The separate toilet bidet and bath with overhead shower completes the suite. The main attraction to this bedroom is that it has the luxury of two terraces. One catching the morning sun with small patio table and chairs. whilst the second , the larger of the two, enjoys spectacular views over the golf course and bridge to Portugal and this is the place to relax and unwind in the evening and watch the splendour of the Spanish sunsets. Unforgettable

.Our key holders will meet you at the apartment after contacting you when your flight arrives. They are able to do an airport pick up which is 60 euros for four people and there are two cars available. We provide all your linen and towels but we ask if you could bring your own beach/pool towels .The Esuri Bus Service.connecting Ayamonte with Costa Esuri is up and running. It runs from 12 stops around the complex. The most convenient stop for the apartment is out side the gates of our Marina Esuri complex ..this is proving very popular.. It runs several times a day for a very small charge. The Golf Club has re-opened and refurbished with new owners keen to improve all aspects.

There has been significant improvement to the greens and fairways already. However they still seek a very high standard and the work is on going. It is possible to eat and drink overlooking the fairways

At quieter times of the year it may be possible to arrange different times to suit .

There are gorgeous places to eat in the surrounding towns and villages . L.P.A in Ayamonte is superb . Lots of info at the apartment . Taxi’s readily available and we have numbers for local car hire .

Why can't I call Nikki/Frank (the owner) before booking?

You can exchange contact details with the property owner/manager once your booking is confirmed and you’ve paid in full. Paying and communicating only through our platform allows us to ensure that your booking is covered by our Payment Protection policy.

If you have any questions before booking, you can send the property owner/manager a message via the contact form on their listing. Once you’ve booked, you can discuss the rental and make arrangements for your trip by logging into Manage my booking.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Nikki/Frank (the owner) a message.

If Nikki/Frank (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
