This is the perfect ground floor 3 bed 2 bath ground floor south facing apartment , in one of the best location's, with a private garden and the swimming pool just outside.The area is fabulous,the ideal place to spend a week or two. Just a couple of minutes walk to the club house,restauant, golf course and amenities. Private parking space. Fully equipped included freeview tv, so you catch up on your favourite tv shows or the news;if you choose.

Staying at Costa Esuri, in the Spanish Algarve, enables you to explore Spain and Portugal (5 mins drive) and benefit from both their charms. There are lots of places nearby,e.g Ayamonte with bars, restaurants, shops, marina and beautiful beaches to visit and things to do.

The Costa de la Luz region

The Costa De La Luz is the Southern tip of Spain.It has a wonderful climate,very similar to the Algarve and enjoys sunny weather all year round; around 300 sunny days a year. This is a great location for an off or a peak season getaway break a fantastic relaxing holiday destination. Temperatures can reach 28- 30 degrees during the Summer but the cooling breeze from the Atlantic helps to keep it pleasant.

Christopher Columbus set sail from Huelva in 1492; there are lots of historical references to him in the area.
The area is also famed for its ham, fish and seafood. Fish restaurants are plentiful in the area as well as an abundance of different bars and restaurants. Take advantage of having your holiday in 2 countries; you can be in Portugal in 5 minutes drive.

The Ayamonte / Costa Esuri area

Costa Esuri is in the Spanish Algarve (very near the Portuguese border, 5 mins).The apartment is well located, you can walk to the two 18 hole golf course (one at championship level) or club house in a few minutes.

The nearby beautiful fishing town of Ayamonte is 5 minutes drive away and has a good selection of authentic bars, restaurants, tapas bars, local shops, supermarkets, banks and shopping centres.

It is a traditional Spanish town with a harbour and pretty squares to sit in and enjoy a drink or meal and watch the world go by. Many of the streets are pedestrianised and link pretty plaza's tucked away full of pavement cafe's and bars. The nearest beach is Isla Canela (10 mins drive) and has long wide stretches of golden sand, with watersports; windsurfing and kitesurfing and excellent beachside restaurants.It is perfect for children.

There are also many beautiful beaches to visit just a few minutes drive away in Portugal, just waiting for you to explore.Such as Monte Gordo.

Explore the historic town of Tavira, for an enjoyable day out.Or visit the marina at Isla Canela, look at the boats and enjoy the bars and restaurants there. You are 1 hour's drive from Seville and 30 mins drive from Huelva. There are waterpark's just outside EL Rompido (Spain) or Faro (Portugal). If you enjoy visiting areas of outstanding beauty then a visit to Donana National Park is a must. If you enjoy golf, this area is a golfer's paradise with 2 courses at Costa Esuri and many others situated locally in Spain and Portugal. (Please ask us for details if this interests you).Great for golfer's wishing to "tee off" in Spain & Portugal. There are numerous local fiesta's throughout the year to look out for.

"We all had such a fantastic stay at this apartment. Our children had great fun in the swimming pool. We felt very relaxed and comfortable. Eating out was cheap and the supermarkets were amazing, if you fancied doing a bit of cooking. The beaches were very clean, tidy and beautifiul. It was like two holidays in one, with just a short journey over to Portugual. All in all, a perfect holiday for families or romantic couples! We are definitely booking this holiday for next year.
