The property has been stylishly furnished to a very comfortable and high standard. The property has been generously fitted out with a high level of good quality equipment including, travel adaptors, hair dryer, towels and DVD Player with a selection of DVDs. Also for the kids or Dad a PS2 and a selection of games.
Costa Esuri is currently being developed into a real place to visit and from early 2007 this will be a fantastic place to spend a week or two, lovely typical Spanish restaurants close by in Ayamonte, or for soaking up the sunshine whilst sitting by one of the intimate communal pools on the Costa Esuri or for playing a round of golf on the new championship courses. Ten minutes away are the fantastic golden sandy beaches of Isla Canela, that never seem to get busy even in the height of summer. Once you have been there you will appreciate the attraction of this area. If you wish to travel to Portugal, it's just a 10 minute drive to more fantastic beaches and golf courses are endless.

The Costa de la Luz / Huelva Province region
The Costa de la Luz is a relatively undiscovered area of Spain - famous for Christopher Columbus sailing from Huelva to discover the Americas for example! Ayamonte centre is a good place to take a leisurely stroll, as many of its narrow streets are pedestrianised. These link small, pretty plazas, which are tucked away but full of busy pavement cafés and bars serving great seafood characteristic of the Huelva Costa de la Luz. Visit the elegant Plaza de la Laguna, for a good choice of eating places with outdoor seating. Next to the main square, the Paseo de la Ribera, is the harbour and further along is the ferry dock. In the old town is the fifteenth-century Iglesia de San Salvador, worth a visit for its memorable tower with superb views across to Portugal. There are similar good views from the tower of the sixteenth-century San Francisco church nearby. Ayamonte is surrounded by protected areas teeming with wildlife. The Marismas del Guadiana, the marshes of the Guadiana estuary, are rich in birdlife, including herons, storks and flamingos.
The nearest beach is the new resort of Isla Canela, five minutes' drive away from the centre of Ayamonte. It boasts a particularly wide stretch of sandy beach, with chiringuitos (summer beach bars), parasols and hammocks for hire and showers.
The climate is generally very good, temperatures reach 28 to 30 degrees during summer but the cooling breeze helps to keep things pleasant and in the winter months the temperatures are very bearable. Sunny days number around 300 a year making the climate very similar to the Algarve.
Ayamonte / Costa Esuri Casa and Golf area
The Parque Nacional de Donana near Huelva is a particularly interesting place to visit it is one of Europe's most important wetland areas, and home to an incredible multitude of wildlife in its sand dunes, marshes, pine woods, salt flats and freshwater lagoons. Here is one of Europe's last remaining habitats for the endangered lynx and the rare Spanish Imperial Eagle. The best time to visit is in winter and spring when the park is full of wildfowl. In winter thousands of geese and ducks arrive from the north, while in spring there are many flocks of breeding birds, including herons, spoonbills and storks.
Things to do: Go Karting near Cartaya, the Waterpark just outside El Rompido. Visit Portugal by car - no border control - or by the ferry which goes to Vila Real from Ayamonte. Ayamonte is a very lovely town with wonderful old fashioned winding streets, bustling plazas full of fabulous places to eat and drink and all very Spanish.
If you want to play a different golf course each day then there is plenty to choose from. Course like Vilamoura, Algarve only 1 hours drive or Vale do Lobo Golf Club just minutes from Vilamoura. Islantilla Golf: One of Europe’s premier golf courses (27 holes) El Rompido Golf: close to Huelva, an unforgettable experience for all golfers. Benamor Golf: , with views to the Atlantic . A par 71, 18-hole course designed by Sir Henry Cotton Quinta Da Cima Golf: An 18-hole, par 72 golf course situated in the Ria Formosa Nature Reserve.
A new club open that not too many people know about, Monte Rei Golf & Country Club in the Eastern Algarve which has been designed by Jack Nicklaus, and is the only course in Portugal to carry his name. The course covers some 70 hectares of undulating hills and valleys. At Monte Rei, indigenous shrubs and flowers are being replanted along the sides of the fairways and around the course, complementing the thousands of trees that have already been planted throughout the site. This course is just 10 minutes drive into portugal
How to get there
Easyjet, British Airways or Monarch to Faro Easiest option is the following, Fly to Faro, collect your car from your rental company Holiday Autos, Carhire 3000 and simply drive for approx 35-40 minutes until you reach the border of Spain. Take the first junction after the bridge and Costa Esuri is a main turning off of the roundabout. Exact details of the local roads will be explained on booking.
Alternatively fly to Seville by Ryanair or BA and head West on the A49 until just before the Portuguese border approxmately 75minutes through some beautiful countryside. Ryanair offer some fantastic cheap flight options..

Further details indoors: Very nicely furnished with a large terrace from the lounge and kitchen plus a very large roof terrace with beautiful views to the Portuguese border bridge and the River Guardiano. Bedrooms are very comfortabley furnished with one large double with en suite bathroom. The second bedroom has two single beds both rooms have fitted wardrobes and drawer space. The lounge is equipped with an L shaped sofa which converts to a very comfortable double bed. TV and DVD player with a good selection of DVDs is also for use. Kitchen is fully equipped with essentials if you wish to cater at home (highly unlikely as the restaurants in Ayamonte are superb and the prices are excellent). Air conditioning for the hot summers and heating for the cooler autumn and winter nights has also been installed. There is a shower room also with enclosed shower cubicle with a powerful shower .
There is a lift to the apartment and everything is on a flat level so would be suitable for wheelchair access.
Further details outdoors: Plenty of parking just outside the apartment. We have a shared pool with children's pool, sunbeds will be available by the pool but not until summer 2007. Very spacious area around the pool and perfect for whiling away summer days. On the very large roof terrace there is shower and BBQ for use with table and chairs and sun loungers.
Two golf courses, one championship course now being used and the other available at the end of 2007. Many other golf courses are close by.
Perfect area for walkers, windsurfers, kitesurfers (especially autumn and winter) and those that just like great food, drink and relaxation.

If a cancellation is necessary after paying your deposit or after full payment has been made for the cost of the holiday, the following are the terms of cancellation:

A booking only becomes firm on receipt of your deposit payment of £100. Full payment is due eight weeks before departure date.? If you book the accommodation within eight weeks of departure, then full payment is due at the time of booking.
A fully refundable damage deposit of £100 is required when you make the final payment. Once we have received confirmation from maintenance company at Costa Esuri that the apartment has been left in perfect order, this will be returned to you promptly. Damage in excess of this deposit will be payable by the tenant.
