Ideal for families or mixed groups of up to 8, whether playing golf or simply enjoying the stunning local beaches, the local Spanish areas or the amenities and attractions. The property has been stylishly furnished to add to the feel-good factor we all look forward to when going on holiday. In order to ensure that you have everything you need on holiday, and lighten the load of your suitcase, the property has been generously fitted out with a high level of good quality equipment, including those little extras we all need on holiday i.e. travel plugs, hair dryers, towels, beach towels, a selection of DVDs, even a high chair and cot!

Many new facilities are being developed at Costa Esuri and this has become a fantastic place to spend a week or two, soaking up the sunshine whilst sitting by one of the intimate communal pools or playing a round of golf on the new championship courses. Ten minutes away are the fantastic golden sandy beaches of Isla Canela, that never seem to get busy even in the height of summer. Once you have been there you will appreciate the attraction of this area.

A fantastic under-cover terrace fully equipped with stylish patio furniture (seats 6) and 2 loungers leads out to the garden comprising of an open patio area, landscaped with stones and plants. The garden wraps around the ground floor apartment, on the one face overlooking the communal pools, and the other aspect is screened with bouganvilla for privacy.
The complex is gated for added security.
The Golf clubhouse is very close and ideal for a drink or meal. The new shopping centre is 2 minutes away.

Children's pools are adjacent to the main pool area, meaning families can share the same communal areas easily and safely. Pools are well equipped with life rings, shower facilities etc.

The Costa de la Luz region


Situated on the south western coast of Spain is the unspoiled Costa de la Luz "Coast of Light". It boasts 300 days of sunshine, which is more sunshine hours than any other place in Europe. Temperatures in the winter months average 10 degrees Celsius, perfect for a winter golfing holiday. The temperature rises to an average of 26 degrees Celsius during the summer months.
Only 5 minutes from the apartment is the Portuguese border leading to the resorts of the Algarve. Ideal for a day out or a change of beach, language and time zone!
The Ayamonte / Costa Esuri Casa and Golf area
Only five minutes drive away lies the traditional Spanish fishing town of Ayamonte with its hosts of restaurants and tapas bars which serve local fish specialities and other local delicacies. Some restaurants do provide an English menu if you prefer, or sit and while away the hours in one of the outdoor cafes and bars.
The best beach is in Isla Canela which is approx. five minutes drive form Ayamonte, with onshore breezes which create ideal conditions for a variety of watersports. After all that exertion why not walk up to the beautiful marina and have a drink and a bite to eat at the superb Australian sports bar The Outback which if you want to watch sports instead of participating then this will do the trick with their large screen televisions

Fly to Faro, collect your hire car (most operators are present at Faro) and simply drive for approx 35-40 minutes until you reach the border of Spain. Take the first junction after the bridge and Costa Esuri is a main turning off of the roundabout. Exact details of the local roads will be explained on booking.
Alternatively fly to Seville and head West until just before the Portugal border.

Just to let you know we think your apartment is lovely and we had a great holiday. The apartment is very clean, well equipped and furnished, like home from home, couldn't ask for more. Hope we left everything in order. To our knowledge there were no breakages.
Anyway, thank you for letting us use your lovely apartment. The only downside was that my sister and her family couldn't join us on holiday and appreciate your townhouse. Maybe next year!

Hi Steve and Doug, we are just back from a lovely week spent in your apartment. The weather was gorgeous and we spent many hours lounging beside the pool which was lovely and quiet. You have done a great job on the apartment, very clean, well equipped and the terrace outside is fantastic, a great area for the kids to play in and very safe. We would definitley reccommend your apartment for families who want a quiet holiday with an apartment that is so well equipped for children ie videos, dvds, buckets, spades, little tent for shade etc. and hopefully we might return again next year. Thanks again.

the apartment was excellent - really comfortable (home from home) thanks to the tasteful furnishings and hard work to provide a really enjoyable stay. (the sat Sky TV all working well).
Our little 3 1/2 year old thoroughly enjoyed having access to the DVD collection and buckets & spades - which we respected & replaced.
The high chair & travel cot was invaluable for our 6 month old baby girl...whilst us old ones loved your extensive patio & garden area. Fantastic!
We would not hesitate to rent again nor recommend the apartment to friends and family.

Prices include use of aircon system (inc heating) and a 'meet and greet' on arrival.
Whilst we can accept part-week bookings, we reserve the right to charge for up to a full week if the part period proves uneconomical to allow the booking to proceed.
Parties in excess of 6 persons will attract a premium of £15 per person per week to cover increased laundry costs. Guests using more than their allocated bed numbers during their stay will be charged this same fee for the additional laundry costs required.
If a cancellation is necessary following payment of the deposit or after full payment of the holiday costs, the following are the terms of cancellation:
56 days or more Loss of full deposit
55-29 days Loss of 50% of holiday cost plus full deposit
28-22 days Loss of 60% of holiday cost plus full deposit
21-7 days Loss of 75% of holiday cost plus full deposit
7 days or less Loss of 100% of holiday cost plus full deposit
A booking only becomes firm on receipt of your deposit payment of £100. Full payment is due eight weeks before departure date. If you book the accommodation within eight weeks of departure, then full payment is due at the time of booking.
A fully refundable damage deposit of £150 is required when you make the final payment. Once we have received confirmation from our facilities team at Costa Esuri that the accommodation is left in perfect order, this will be returned to you promptly. Damage in excess of this deposit will be payable by the tenant.
