We would appreciate that as the house and furniture is new, our guests refrain from smoking in the house.
Conditions
A £100 deposit is required to confirm booking and the remaining balance due 8 weeks before arrival. A damage deposit of £150 is required which will be cashed and returned subject to the return of the keys, fob and inspection of the property. Cancellation within less than 8 weeks will result in the loss of the deposit. Check in time is 3.00 pm and check out time is 11.00 am.

The Costa de la Luz region
65For those of you who love to venture out and take in the surrounding beauty of the area or the cultural heritage then look no further than here. It will only take you 70 minutes to get to Seville and the magnificent ancient Cathedral and historic buildings within the centre (this is a definite must for all). Also 90 minutes from the house is the Spanish National park of Donna where wild life such as the rare Iberian Lynx can be found and an abundance of other wild life and birds. The landscapes are stunning. For the artists, the Costa Del La Luz transcribes into the Coast Of Light, perfect for those blue skies and sun sets. Take a trip up the river Guardiana and see both sides of Spain and Portugal in one trip. You can go up on the boat and travel down the Portuguese side by Land Rover and see the wild life and flamingos or vice versa, you decide. The mud flats provide a heaven for the bird watchers if this is your pleasure. Alternatively you can just walk to your hearts content.
The Ayamonte / Costa Esuri area
Ayamonte town centre is 8 mins drive away and fishing is still a major part of its culture. There are tapas bars, cafes and restaurants of very high quality surrounding the squares and its little back streets. Isla Canela beach is 15 mins drive away and so is Monte Gordo in Portugal. Visit the nearby waterpark and go karting at Cartaya (20 mins). The beaches of the Spanish and Portuguese Algarve are absolutely awesome with their beach bars/restaurants and seem to go on for ever with ample parking
The resort itself has a good club house with bar and restaurant, we also have a small shop selling fresh bread and croissants daily, just a short walk away
There are plenty of golf courses in the area (other than the 2 on the complex).

There are two airports that are close to us. Faro and Seville. Faro airport is in Portugal and is the closest, only a very easy 45 minutes away. Seville is slightly over an hours drive away. Both are used by low budget airlines which makes for very cheap summer / winter flights. Ideal for that long golfing weekend. Car hire is recommended (ecconomy car rentals) which can be sourced at home or most major car companies are represented at both airports. Transfers can be arranged to and from the airports @ additional cost

This was our first trip to Costa Esuri and we were not disappointed. It was an excellent base for our golfing adventure. As a group of keen golfers we wanted a clean and reasonably priced accommodation with the advantage of being close to a number of golf courses. The townhouse is immacuate, the decor very modern. It has a home from home feel. It is very spacious and has everything you need and more. Aswell as a terrace/seating area for a BBQ perfect for relaxing and outdoor dining. The owners have clearly put a lot of effort into making this a comfortable and enjoyable place to stay. We had an throughly enjoyable golfing holiday and couldn't fault a thing and highly recomend a visit. Response: Many thanks for taking the time out to post a review of our townhouse. The townhouse was everything as described, with beautiful Gardens and patio. It was a home from home and had everything you would have in your own house. The outside barbeque was great at any time and the parasol was just what was needed when the Andelucian sun came out. We loved the top balcony in the evening and chilled out with a bevvy or 2. A short 5 min drive to the golf club with great views of the championship course and the Gardiana river that divides Spain from Portugal. Ayamonte was great with the fishing boats coming in daily.They have a lovely marina there as well and the 2 Andelucian squares surrounded by restaurants and bars. We also popped over the border to Monte Gordo with it's huge beaches and beach bars. A great holiday and would definately go back. House situated on crest of hill with open views to front. Good roof terrace for sun bathing and well finished and decorated property. Costa Esuri is a few miles from Ayamonte a traditional Spanish town which observes the siesta. Beach at Isla Canela a few miles beyond Ayamonte. Lovely house and excellent location to explore, Seville a must. Tried Jags new restaurant recently opened on Esuri and the food was fantastic. Recommend you try it along with the townhouse.
