About the home

The apartment is located on a beach front complex. It has 3 bedrooms, 1 Double, 2 Twin, 2 bathrooms, living room, kitchen and lovely terrace with stunning sea, beach and pool views. Within the complex you will find 2 swimming pools, with a smaller one for the kids as well as a children's play area and lovely gardens.

Bars, restaurants and supermarkets are all within a 15 minute stroll along the beach. Ayamonte the nearest town is a 10 minute drive away with traditional Spanish squares and tapas bars to enjoy a nice glass of vino or local beer.

The apartment is fully furnished to a very high standard and has a fully fitted kitchen with washing machine.

The master bedroom has an en suite and also has doors leading onto the terrace. The second bathroom has a separate shower and WC.

Opening times for the adult/children's' pool may vary, subject to spanish law, as a Lifeguard must be present. Mainly open mid-June to mid-September.

The complex also boasts 2 paddle tennis courts.

The apartment has an allocated secure underground parking space within the complex.

You will be met at the property, shown where to park, given the keys and information on local restaurants, bars etc. They will point you to the golden sandy beach from our terrace and also point to the pool areas.

Golf - If you require golf we can happily organise this for you. Golf can be arranged in Spain or just over the impressive suspension bridge into Portugal. We can organise tee times and pre-book these for you if you require.

The Costa de la Luz region

The Costa De La Luz is known as the "Coast of Light" and one of the provinces is Huelva (pronounced "Welba"). This area stretches from the Algarve in Portugal across to Seville. From Isla Canela you have easy access to south west Spain and the Algarve.

The Ayamonte / Isla Canela area

Isla Canela is a tranquil place built with low rise apartments and hotels and purpose built beach & golf resort, located a few minutes drive from the traditional town of Ayamonte, which it self boasts plazas, tapas bars and tiny alleys. Isla Canela has 7km of golden sandy beaches, a marina, bars, restaurants and one golf course. This town overlooks Portugal, only separated by the Guardiana River.
