Stunning 3 bed townhouse on the Costa Esuri golf resort just 10 minutes away from the beach and a short drive to Aymonte a very traditional Spanish town. This spacious property has a large private garden which faces the swimming pool, offering showers, toilets and changing rooms all set in beautiful communal gardens. The house itself is of a high caliber and is equipped with everything you could possibly need for a relaxing holiday. Why not watch the sunset go down on the lovely roof terrace!!

The area is known as 'The Garden of Spain' due to it's beautiful landscapes, natural parks and lack of over development. You have easy access to a wide range of golden beaches and towns in either Spain or Portugal, such as Isla Canela, Isla Cristina (a very spanish holiday resort) on the spanish side or even Vila Real and Travia in Portugal which both have charming squares where the local community meet to socialize.

The Costa de la Luz / Huelva Province region

Costa de la Luz has plenty to offer for all, wether your into getting a suntan, visiting picturesque towns and villages nearby or maybe golf is for you, in which case you are spoilt for choice as there are several on both sides of the border!! It has a temperate climate almost all year round. You can take a boat ride up the Guadiana River. Visit Seville with all its beautiful churches. Pop over the bridge to Portugal and take a trip to see the dolphins. The beaches here are wide and long, many with great sand dunes and never crowded. The Spanish shops are open both morning and early evening where as in Portugal they are open most of the day until about 9pm.

Ayamonte / Costa Esuri area

Ayamonte is just 5 minutes drive away with a thriving spanish coummunity, it has it's own marina and a wide choice of restaurants/bars. There are plenty of supermarkets nearby and the town houses it's own local indoor fish market. There are some great things to do with the children like the Aqua park in Cartaya as well as Go-Karting. The resort itself has a good club house with bar and restuarant, we also have a small shop selling fresh bread and croissants daily. There are plenty of golf courses in the area (other than the 2 on the complex).
There are facilities for tennis, bike hire and wind/kite surfing nearby.

How to get there

Easily accessed from Faro and Seville airports, both of which use budget airlines such as Easyjet and Ryanair.
Travel time from Faro approximately 40 mins and 1 hour 15 mins from Seville.

If required we can organise tranfers to and from the airport at an extra cost.

A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure bookings and a balance is due 8 weeks proir to departure.
Long and medium term lets are available at a redued rate on enquiry.
