A delightful detached well converted barn, situated in the grounds of Coaxdon Farm in 7 acres of beautiful Devon countryside with a stream running through. Excellent surroundings with use of a large paddock in this non working farm. Abundance of wildlife, including deer, owls, buzzards and plenty of rabbits on the farm as well as pet sheep!

Conveniently situated 1½ miles from Axminster, a small thriving market town famous for the Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall 'River Cottage' Canteen and Deli, River Cottage HQ and home of the internationally renowned Axminster Tools, who run various courses. Browse the individual interesting specialist shops and weekly street market.

A further 5 miles takes you to the stunning Jurassic Coast at Lyme Regis, Seaton and the pretty fishing village of Beer, all with outstanding cliff top walks along the South West Coast Path, also many riverside walks along the nearby Axe Valley.

Charmouth famous for fossil hunting, with a Heritage Coast centre, just over the Dorset border.

"Peace and tranquility"

Very clean, comfy beds, lots of games and DVDs for kids. Seeing the pet sheep every morning and horses was lovely, early there are rabbits and the odd pheasant wondering too. Very attentive owner whic… More
