Most attractive semi-detached ground floor stone built cottage situated in the picturesque grounds of the owners' farmhouse. Idyllic setting, tucked away at the end of a quiet lane amidst stunning countryside in the hamlet of Sector on the Devon/Dorset/Somerset border.
Excellently situated for the many footpath walks on the doorstep and for exploring the nearby coastal resorts with Lyme Regis just over 5 miles away, small market town of Axminster, famous for carpets less than 5 minutes drive.
Ideally situated to visit Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall's River Cottage Canteen and deli. Also River Cottage courses and weekend dining at Park Farm.

Conditions
• A deposit of 20% of property rental to reserve a property. The balance is due 6 weeks before the start of the holiday.
• Payment taken by cheque, debit or credit card. Credit card payments incur a 2.5% surcharge.
• Our changeover day is Saturday.
• Dogs most welcome at £20 each per week.
• Short breaks (minimum 3 nights) accepted out of season, October - March excluding school holidays.

The World Heritage Site, "The Jurassic Coast", with exciting coastal footpaths and beaches to discover, interesting traditional towns and villages to visit, beautiful countryside to explore, many historic and modern places to while away the sunny days.
The Axminster area
A small ancient market town, surrounded by beautiful countryside just 5 miles from coasts at Lyme Regis, famous for its fossils, Seaton with electric tram way and the picturesque fishing village of Beer. Browse around the individual specialist shops - visit the Hugh Fearnley-Wittingstall "River Cottage Local Produce Store and Canteen", and weekly street market. Plus indoor swimming pool, sports complex and supermarkets.
Nearby are Cricket St Thomas - Lakes, Gardens, Forde Abbey and, Donkey Sanctuary, Beer Caves, and Pecorama Minature Railway and gardens, something for everyone.
