The beautifully coverted stone barn is nestled high on the hill, overlooking the picturesque Axe Valley, with views of the jurassic coastline and surrounding countryside. The barns have been converted to be environmentally friendly , using solar energy and air source heat pumps throughout , supplying all the heating and hot water.

You can relax in over 100 acres of private countryside or picnic / bbq down by the river or even try out your hand out many of the onsite activities on offer. We have a play area and hot tub.

Cranberries also boasts a large function room perfect for parties and weddings, hire of bouncy castles and rodeo bull also available. Please ask us for details of our onsite activities and venue hire.

Kilmington itself is the winner of the best kept village on many occasions, you will find two excellent country pubs, a village stores, two churches, a farm shop selling local produce and everything else you would expect to find in such a beautiful and well kept village. Nearby is Honiton, a bustling market town renowned for its lace, pottery and first class choice of antiques, and Exeter with its many historic attractions and excellent shopping.

There are over 100 acres of private countryside, woodland and fields with rivers to be explored on this former dairy far, there is also an equestrian centre on site, no stag parties accepted

Its a great part of the country to explore, there is an abundance of local seaside resorts including Lyme Regis with the famous cobb harbour and fossil hunting and beautiful scenic gardens. The traditional fishing village of Beer is nearby with boat trips available, and Seaton with its wide promenade and fashionable delicatessens and historic tramway is within a 10 minute drive.
