Ski in and ski out luxury apartment with totally flexible arrival and departure dates to match cheap flights. Can accommodate a small child in addition to parents (by agreement).

This is a renovated studio apartment with ski in ski out facilities. The apartment block is very close to the cable car with access to Morzine and is a 15 minute ski away from the Swiss runs.

The studio has stunning views and is an ideal base for that well deserved skiiing holiday!

This studio apartment has been recently renovated and whilst it is advertised as a 2 person apartment, a store on the same floor has 2 single 'mayfair' overnight beds, with quilts and bedding. A booking for more than 2 persons is by agreement of the owner. There is cable TV/DVD player and a range of DVDs/games can be borrowed as can sledges.
Bedding and linen is of the highest quality and the apartment is well equipped to eat in every night if desirable

Further details outdoors:
The apartment is located right on the slopes (ski in and ski out) and with ease of access to the cable car (Morzine) and the ski lifts directly into Switzerland which is about a 15 minute ski run away. The French Ski school ESF is 100 yards away as is a lift to the Nursery slopes. In the opposite direction you are one ski lift away from several black /blue runs.
The ski park, for off piste entertainment is just 2 lifts away

Avoriaz is in the heart of the Portes Du Soliel - 650kms of sking and boarding for all levels of ability. It is set at 1800 meters so has lots of snow when other resorts lower down in the valley are 'green'. It has the distict advantage of being able to ski from the front door without having to lug skis and boots about

In winter the area is perfect for skiing and snowboarding, and of course, apres ski! But it's beautiful to visit in summer too, and is a great location for hiking and mountain biking. A great year round holiday destination!

“Fantastic location and very helpful owner.” Had a great few days at Pas du Lac with friends. The apartment is in a great location right in the centre of Avoriaz and also very close to the Telepherique for when you arrive at the resort. The apartment is really clean and the owner Andy is a pleasure to deal with.

“Superb apartment!” I was fortunate enough to return to Pas Du Lac 333 (I last stayed in the apartment several years ago) in February. The apartment was better than ever. It now has Satellite TV with a DVD palayer, Wi-Fi, bunk beds and a Raclette (which is kept in the store). The apartment is in a great location where you can ski-in and ski-out and the view is fabulous.

“Nice and small apartment, very helpful owner” The apartment is located at the bottom of Avoriaz, 2 minutes walk from the top station of Prodains cable car and about 7 minutes walk from the centre. This studio is quite small - it's great for 2 people sleeping on bunk beds, but can be too small for 3 or 4 people. We were a group of three, so we had to open the sofa bed. When it was open (during the night), it didn't leave much free space in the apartment. Having said that, for us it was ok since we didn't spend much time in the apartment anyway. The apartment has everything you need in it - free WiFi, fully equipped kitchen, bed sheets and towels. Andy, the owner of the apartment, was very nice - he sent us full and detailed instructions about the apartment and the town with his recommendations, he gave us ski-pass cards (which saves you 3 euro each) and he also gave us free tickets for the Prodains cable car. It was also very convenient as we could rent the apartment for 5 nights (not the usual Saturday to Saturday) and we could arrive and leave Avoriaz at any time.

“Wonderful views, great boarding, lovely apartment!” The apartment is good, it is in the perfect place for skiing, overlooking the lifts at the bottom of the slopes. It is within reasonably easy walking distance of all the main bars, but far enough away not to be troubled by the noise from the nightlife. I would recommend this for anyone who doesn't mind a 5 minute trek through the snow to go out every night, it's a little away from the main night action, which suited us fine because the flip side of that was that it was just right for people who are there for the snow! I found the owner to be very helpful and the whole holiday went without a hitch.

“great value and location” We had a great time . This apartment was ideal for people such as my daughter and I who are looking for somewhere close to the slopes (and the airport) with no unnecessary frills. Comfy and warm with a good shower, and in a typically French apartment block. The owner is very flexible and helpful Avoriaz itself is a bit magical with the horse drawn sleighs, snow on the ground (bring good waterproof boots for when you walk round the resort) and no cars

“This is a very comfortable studio for two with great amenities and views over the piste.” The best studio I have stayed in in Avoriaz! Full shower, good kitchenette, Internet, balcony and spacious.
