A pleasant detached house situated in one of the quiet cul-de-sacs of Aviemore. Ben Avon provides an excellent base for groups or families looking to explore the Cairngorm National Park.

The Cairngorm National Park offers some of the most dramatic scenery in the highlands. Visitors have the chance to witness some of Scotland’s most beautiful wildlife. The area has kept its wild, exposed nature yet still manages to offer great access for those wishing to visit. It is well known as a centre for outdoor pursuits and there a huge number of activities to choose from during your stay at Ben Avon House.

The Scottish Highlands region

Aviemore is accessed via the main arterial route, the A9.
Aviemore is on the main line to Inverness from London, Glasgow and Edinburgh.
Aviemore is also the stop for Citylink and National Express coaches from Glasgow and Edinburgh to Inverness.
The nearest airport is Dalcross, Inverness (approx 30 miles).

“Pleasant stay in Aviemore” This is our second time of using one of the Highland Holiday Properties let by Alison Rankin. Ben Avon house is situated in a very quiet cul de sac with woodland to the rear (great for bird watchers and spotting deer!). The house was clean and well appointed with all the necessary facilities and utilities. Access is easy for Aviemore and the surrounding stunning countryside. We would recommend this property to anyone looking for a good property for up to 8 people.

The house was immaculate and the facilities, furnishings were first class and we enjoyed every minute of our stay. (The weather certainly made a huge difference. We had a great day mountain biking at Laggan Wolftrax, first time we've been and will definelty be back next spring.
