The master bedroom is en-suite, and the kitchen / dining room is complete with oven, washing machine, fridge -freezer and a microwave. There is access to the 2 outside patio areas through the livingroom and kitchen / diner.

The Highlands region
Aviemore is situated in the heart of the Scottish Highlands.
The Aviemore and Cairngorms area encompasses mountains and valleys. This special part of Scotland is part of the Cairngorms National Park.
For those with a special interest Aviemore and the Cairngorms is a magical place. Rare animals and birds can be spotted with a little luck. Sporting enthusiasts have on their doorstep almost everything they could hope for in terms of adventure and adrenaline. In August there is 'Thunder in the Glens' with the annual Harley Davidson ralley. Carrbridge hosts the world 'Porridge Making Championships', and Chainsaw Sculpturecontest. There are Highland games in many of the villages over the summer, something special for everyone.

Had a great time at "Clairinch" - it snowed on the Tuesday , Tom took the boys skiing - were coming back in the summer , thanks again Tom and Agnes Heinz
What a lovely cottage - great views - the kids had a great time , weather was super so we went cycling around Loch Morlich - Is the cottage free at Easter Tom and Heather Clarke
