"Great base for Aviemore"

I stayed here for the weekend of the Aviemore half marathon with my boyfriend and friend and it was an excellent base. The cottage was clean, warm and welcoming, with everything easily arranged with the owners. Close to the centre of Aviemore and great for the race.

"A great property in a central location!"

Our family stayed here for 1 week. The property had everything we needed. Clean, well equipped and comfortable. Bedrooms were spacious and the 2 bathrooms were great as we have 2 kids. Safe enclosed garden for the kids to play in- on a quiet cul-de-sac. Very close to Aviemore centre (5 mins walk), central to most activities in the area. Super neighbours who made us feel very welcome! Would certainly recommend to other families with young children and will certainly be staying here again ourselves in the future.

Nice to sit in the garden and have a beer in the early evening.
We will stay again.

"A place to come back again."

It is a very nice and complete house in a quiet residential area. It could be your home.
The distance to public transport is also good. We had no car available, but we could easily go everywhere.

"Fantastic spacious bungalow for both adults and children."

2 grandparents, daughter and son-in-law and 2 children enjoyed this spacious and spotlessly clean bungalow after a warm welcome. Someone always on hand to answer our questions. One of the party is a wheelchair user and after 2 small steps to enter found the property perfect. Quiet cul-de-sac setting within walking distance of all Aviemore's amenities including the superb Spey Valley golf course, shops and restaurants and children's play areas although with a large secluded garden with picnic table, could easily spend time "on site". Enjoyed the quiet location best of all with no down side.

"Absolutely immaculate - perfect place to chill out"

We visited here Feb 2012 with 5 children, 4 adults, one camper van and a dog (lived in the van). The accommodation is very well equipped and spacious. Very warm (night storage heaters which work well)… More

"Very pleasant and comfortable stay"

The property is very comfortable, clean and tidy and has all the utensils you might need during your stay. Upon arrival fresh milk, biscuits, flowers and last-but-not-least a heated up living room were awaiting us - very pleasant after a long drive up north with two small children. Everything works well, two large bathrooms with nice showers and baths. The caretakers are easy to deal with, respond quickly to email enquiries and live next door. So in case of emergencies, you don't have to go far for help! :) A couple of toys for children would have been great, but as we had brought some ourselves it wasn't an issue.
