Thank you for your kind review and we're glad you enjoyed your stay.
We're sorry to hear about the difficulties that you'd had with broadband, if we'd have known we would have rebooted the router for you. Not wishing to make excuses, but unfortunately we don't have superfast broadband in the area - we are hoping to hear later this month, with regard to the roll-out program – so fingers crossed! We're also in a similar position with mobile phones in the area – some network providers have a stronger signal than others. Kind regards Dawn

"Wonderful cosy cottage"
A cosy wee cottage full of character and located in a wonderful area. We spend 10 days here at Pine Tree Annex and wished we could stay longer.
Although we stayed here in August I have the feeling it would be great for a winter break too.
Dawn was welcoming and helpful, and the scones were a welcome treat.
