Linden Lodge is well located in Aviemore and provides a luxurious base for a holiday exploring the Cairngorms National Park . Recently renovated, the property affords guests every comfort from underfloor heating in the bathroom to the magnificent hot tub gazebo in the garden - perfect for unwinding after a days' exploring!

The Cairngorms National Park offers some of the most dramatic scenery in the highlands. Visitors have the chance to witness some of Scotland’s most beautiful wildlife. The area has kept its wild, exposed nature yet still manages to offer great access for those wishing to visit. It is well known as a centre for outdoor pursuits and there a huge number of activities to choose from during your stay at Linden Lodge.

Linden Lodge has good living space with the luxurious lounge/diner as well as having a conservatory which leads out into the well maintained garden with the spectacular hot tub and gazebo

Linden Lodge is pet friendly and supplies dog owners with a basket, feeding and water bowl included in the house. We charge an additional £15.00 for a dog to stay.
We are also child friendly and provide the following for young children:

step up stool
plastic tableware
toy box
We also supply basic cleaning essentials and a welcome pack for your arrival

Conditions

We ask for a 33% deposit on booking followed by the balance, and a refundable security deposit of £150.00 six weeks before arrival

Aviemore is on the main line to Inverness from London, Glasgow and Edinburgh.
Aviemore is also the stop for Citylink and National Express coaches from Glasgow and Edinburgh to Inverness.
The nearest airport is Dalcross, Inverness (approx 30 miles).
