It is perfectly placed to access the Cairngorms, explore the National Park or take trips to Inverness and many of the historic surrounding areas. Aviemore has plenty of restaurants to choose from and is an ideal base for a holiday with family or friends.
The house is well equipped for your comfort with tv and dvd player in lounge The garden to the rear is south facing with seating for six.
Dalfaber Country Club factilities can be used; this includes the swimming pool and hot tub, along with games hall as well as the golf course.

The Scottish Highlands region
The Cairngorm National Park has so much to offer visitors to the region: from the stunning views, to a huge variety of wildlife, from relaxation to endless activities. You will find some of the best known attractions in the Scottish Highlands, from Cullodon to General Wade's Road and Fort George.
The Aviemore / Dalfaber area
Aviemore itself is an ideal location for exploring the Highlands. Inverness is a half hour drive away, with access to shops, cinema, theatre and public baths. In the Aviemore area there are numerous activities for any age and any ability. Golfing, on the beautiful Strathspey Course, and fishing are popular in summer months, skiing this year (2010) has been one of the best seasons yet, mountain biking, walking, climbing, a new cinema, horse riding, clay pigeon shooting, Loch Insh water sports, ... and so the list goes on. Landmark is less than fifteen minutes drive away - a fun filled morning or afternoon for the family. There are plenty of local shops, cafes and restaurants in Aviemore or just take time to sit and relax.
