Home description

The holiday home "La Loggetta" take the name from the balcony in old stone that face on the blue sky of Calitri. The three stone medieval masks on the base of the balcony are there from the Medium Age and save the house from bad spirits. The charming stay in a thousands old town is that: short tells and ancient traditions. The main door is in hand made white stones and give the entrance to a private and comfortable world. Once inside the first sight is for the old wooden cooker, now transformed in a modern and useful cooker, even if the copper poats is still there and remember when the mummy was preparing a parfumed tomatos' souce. In the same room there is the fireplace ready to be enlighted during the snow season. Also, you find the sofa-bed. The main bedroom has a big matrimonial bed in a light blue decorated iron work and face to the balcony of the house. The shower room is comfortable. Another important characteristic of the house is the original '700 cotto floor hand made by local artisans.

Reaching Calitri by road from:
- Naples: take the A30 to the Avellino East exit. Follow the Ofantina state road towards Montella-Lioni-Calitri
- Bari: take the A16 towards north Candela in the direction of Naples. Turn off at the Vallata exit and follow the signs for Bisaccia-Aquilonia-Calitri
- Rome: take the A1 towards Naples and then the A30 to the Avellino East exit. Follow the Ofantina state road towards Montella-Lioni-Calitri

The house has indipendent heatings. During winter season is available a stock of wood for the fireplace. Linen and towels are provided and the change is done every 3 days included in the rental price.

The parking area is situated at 500 mts from the house, the old section of Calitri is an only walking area. Free internet access is available at the agency office as tourist informations too. Free bookings at sky school, ride horsing lessons, dooking classes, thermal bath, shared outdoor pool, excursion, wine and typical product tasting will be provided for you without any extra cost charged.
Ask for a complete services price list for all other services available apply a charge.

Further details

Price includes: welcome pack with a bottle of mineral water, typical bread of Calitri and local red wine; bed linen and towels; utilities.
€150 as refundable amount to be paied at your arrival.

The owner's weekend rates apply to: Friday and Saturday nights

NB: Prices may be subject to change at the owner's discretion.
During winter and fall season heating use is charged a part. Indipendent heatings works with methane gas. It is available a stock of wood for the fireplace included in the rental price, it is possible buy more if you will need.

Weekly rental period are considered saturday to saturday.

Weekly rates are for 2 persons.
Weekly prices for 4 guests are €500 during summer.

Amenities included in the weekly rates:
complete use of the house's amenities;
linen, towels, final cleaning;
utilities, except for heaters, see above;
first free internet access at agency rental office.

Dayly rates not include obligatory cleaning service of €40.

Payment:
€100 as booking confirmation to be payed by Paypal. It becomes not refundable within 21 days of arrival.
Settlement at your arrival, payment by cash.

Deposit of €150 in case of damage but this will be returned to you on the day of departure.
