A beautiful stone clad villa on three floors (ground floor is occupied) with easy access to front balcony, rear patio and private pool area, with lovely views onto the surrounding provencal hills and only 10 minutes from the Mediterranean sea. The accommodation consists of a large airy lounge and dining area, fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms with air conditioning and en suite shower/bath & WC and two bedrooms upstairs with shared shower room & WC. All bedrooms are double rooms, some with double beds, others with 2 single beds and one with 2 sofa beds. There is a private driveway and ample parking for up to 10 cars as well as a large mature garden with many trees and shrubs, including palm, fig, olive, cherry, nut and pine trees. The rear garden is for your exclusive use.
