Our fabulous 8000 metre garden with gorgeous pool and newly constructed tennis court is the best feature of the property. This comfortable luxurious family home is built of stone in the classic Provence style. It has a large and beautiful lounge with large stone fireplace and an elegant separate dining room looking out to the beautiful garden. Downstairs also comprises a large well equipped kitchen looking out to the garden and the external dining area, a large utility room, downstairs toilet and two twin bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. Upstairs are 2 double bedrooms, a shower room and the fabulous master bedroom with large en suite bathroom and 20 metre roof terrace overlooking the beautiful river Siagne where you can swim, play and fish.

The 8000 square metre lawn is a paradise for children and has 2 football goals, cricket nets and a large trampoline.
The swimming pool is enormous and surrounded by terrace with sunbeds, parasols and next to the summer kitchen/BBQ area. Shaded outdoor dining terrace seats 12. Newly constructed hard tennis court. Table tennis, pool table, badminton, pool inflatables and other outdoor and indoor games are provided.

30% required to secure reservation, remaining 70% due at least 8 weeks before arrival date.

Cannes centre is 20 minutes, nearby beaches at La Napoule or Cannes Le Bocca 15 minutes, Grasse with its perfumeries and historic town is 10 minutes away. Many childrens activities, mini golf, waterpark, riding etc a short drive away. Gorde du Verdon 2 hours, St Tropez 2 hours, Monaco 1 hour, Nice 30 minutes.
The Auribeau sur Siagne area
The villa is located on the beautiful Siagne river in a valley surrounded by the green rolling hills of Grasse and Tanneron. The Auribeau 10th century perched village is 1km up the hill and there are local shops and a couple of restaurants (one walking distance) within 2km. Nearest big town for supermarket, petrol, and numerous shops/restaurants is Pegomas, less than 10 mins by car. Cannes centre is 20 minutes, nearby beaches at La Napoule or Cannes Le Bocca 15 minutes, Grasse with its perfumeries and historic town is 10 minutes away.
