A charming detached Farm Cottage with large enclosed garden situated in a rural setting. Just a short walk (0.7km) to a long safe sandy beach. In the other direction and still within a ten minute walk is the town centre, harbour, restaurants, bars, market place and shops.

Town and beach with shops restaurants and bars are all within walking distance if it is your choice to leave the car on the drive.

The cottage has been refurbished whilst keeping the traditional French style and original features.

It has 3 bedrooms (sleeps 6/8); fully equiped kitchen; shower room and separate wc.

The house has shuttered windows and stands in over half acre of self contained gardens with large lawns. There are double gates to the front and rear of the property allowing ample parking.

The secure rear garden has plenty of room with plenty of facilities to keep children occupied. It contains a trampoline and climbing frame with swings and slide. It Also has a fixed football goal and small pitch. There is also a volleyball pitch.

In another part of the garden is a walled area containing a barbecue, a decked out area with table and chairs. Also there is an area set with outdoor lounge settee and chairs to make the most of the summer days and evenings.

Audierne is on a penninsula and is within a short drive to many beaches. they tend to be sandy open bays on the south coast and tight sandy coves on the north coast. there are enough sandy beaches within 15 minutes to go to a differnt beach each day of a fortnights holiday.

The large secure garden surrounds the house and has a raised decked area with wooden garden furniture for alfresco dining.

The rear garden is set to lawn and contains mini football goal, volleyball pitch, 13ft trampoline and climbing frame with slide and swings.

As a safety feature the trampoline sits in a pit in the ground so that its surface is only slightly raised above ground level.

If extra space is required for guests, there is ample room for pitching tents on the lawn.

There is parking space for cars within the double gates at the front of the property or to the rear garden.

Audierne is a picturesque fishing village at the mouth of the river Goven in South West Brittany. It has a busy harbour as well as a number of white sandy beaches to choose from. There are a number of coastal walks and local points of interest.
