Just 400 metres to beautiful Waiake beach, our sunny new three bedroom apartment is ideal for holiday makers and families relocating between homes and/ or immigrating to New Zealand. With its own fully fenced garden, swing set and trampoline, it provides ideal short stay accommodation where children will be happy! SKY TV is complimentary with Disney and Playhouse disney channels included.

We are just 20 minutes drive from Auckland City and 40 minutes from Auckland Airport. We specialise in providing short stay furnished accommodation to families, especially those immigrating to NZ from the UK. The area in which we live is very popular with British families (and locals!!!) The North Shore is Auckland's lifestyle city. All the suburbs along the East Coast Bays of the North Shore are blue chip suburbs with high quality housing and schools etc. We are situated at the northern end, which is very pretty and offers a relaxed coastal lifestyle while only being 5 minutes from the new, large Westfield Shopping Mall which is 5 minutes inland at Albany. The North Island region

The North Island is home to the city of sails, Auckland, the largest city in New Zealand. The northern part of the North Island has a lovely subtropical climate while the Eastern side of the Island is home to vineyards and farmland. The centre of the North Island has a mainly volcanic landscape with volcanic peaks and beautiful lakes and lush native bush.

How to get there

Sea Vista Apartments is just 400 metres from Waiake Beach in the popular East Coast Bays of Aucklands North Shore, just 40 minutes from Auckland International & Domestic Airports. You can collect a hire car at the airport with the major car hire companies from approximately $25 a day or go online and book Shore Shuttles to collect you. Shore Shuttles offers exclusive airport transfers for a family of 6 or 7 at about $NZ100 to Auckland's North Shore.

The apartment has a large open plan L shape lounge & dining room which has magnificent valley views & catches all day sunshine. A perfectly appointed kitchen is complete with breakfast bar, dishwasher, large fridge freezer, microwave, ceramic cooktop, rangehood and fan forced oven. There is plenty of bench space, cupboards, drawers and full height pantry.

Down the corridor are three more bedrooms with new sleepyhead beds and built in robes. The bathroom has full size bath, shower, vanity and front loader washing machine.

The apartment is fully furnished with linen and towels provided. There is a linen cupboard stocked with extra supplies to last your stay including provision of fresh linen weekly if required.

The apartment has a residential phone connection with your own private phone number. Your local phone calls within Auckland are free of charge. SKY TV is complimentary and includes Sports Channels, News Channel and Disney & Playhouse Disney.

Secure wireless internet is also available at very reasonable rates.

Further details

Children are most welcome and will enjoy the safe, child friendly environment. Highchairs, baby baths, portacots and cot linen are provided free of charge. We have toddler and children playground equipment throughout the property.

*Smoking is permitted outside only and away from children's play areas & open windows.

Pre arrival grocery shop is available on request. Your groceries will be purchased fresh on the day of your arrival. You can simply reimburse us on your arrival, the receipted amount. Ideal for families with young children arriving in the night or early hours of the morning when our supermarkets may be closed.

Conditions

We offer special weekly and monthly rates. Each apartment is fully self contained with kitchen, bathroom and laundry facilities. A private residential phone line and secure wireless internet available with a user name and password. BYO laptop.

Smokers are welcome to stay, but smoking is only permitted outside please.
