There are also a number of amazing beaches in the immediate Auckland area. A 10 minute stroll takes you to the ferry terminal where you can catch a 40 minute relaxing crossing to Waiheke Island with its unique way of life, a number of NZ’s leading vinyards, stunning scenery and with more beautiful beaches.
