We have available a lovely fully self-contained Studio which is located in the heart of Mairangi Bay.

• Our studio has its own private entrance and is well positioned North facing (this is perfect in the Southern Hemisphere) with great indoor/outdoor flow to a lovely large sub-tropical garden and deck.
• Studio facilities include all new home appliances, Queen size bed, Double sofa bed, portacot. FREE Wifi high-speed Broadband connection, Digital Sky TV, Stereo/CD Player, Telephone (own line) free for local calls.
• Your own BBQ and outdoor furniture is provided.
• All top quality linen provided – even beach towels if you need them.

• Less than 200 metres walk to beautiful Mairangi Bay Beach (via a walkway through Whitby Crescent or Sidmouth Street – just around the corner)
• Three doors away from the main shopping centre
• Murrays Bay (Yacht Club) and Campbells Bay only a 5-10 minute easy stroll around the coastal walkway or just walk over the hill.

Auckland / Mairangi Bay area

People travel to Auckland from all over the world. Auckland is a unique city having two harbours and white sand beaches within a 30 minute drive from wherever you are in Auckland. Its also called the 'City of Sails' due to Aucklanders' fondness of sailing, the America's Cup and round the world yacht races. There are white and black sand beaches, lush rainforests, regional parks and a maritime park preserving about 47 islands.

We have many local amenities including, Mairangi Bay Surf Club, Murrays Bay Yachting Club, Pupuke Golf Club, Tennis Club, Bowling Club, Beach Volleyball, Mairangi Bay Arts Centre etc. all only a few minutes walk away! Approximately 12 great cafes and restaurants also available for breakfast, lunch and dinner! We also have a shopping centre including a supermarket, wine shop, fish shop, vegetable shop, banks, post office, clothing boutiques etc. all only 3 doors away!

How to get there

We are situated on the North Shore of Auckland City which is 32km from Auckland International Airport. A taxi ride costs about NZD$80-100.00 or shuttle (a small bus) costs about NZ$60.00. For longer stays we can arrange free transfers.

Our studio is totally suited to a couple for a short or long term stay. It has been furnished in a contemporary style with a queen size bed, a fold-down sofa bed/couch and a childs portacot which also includes high quality linen. Our kitchenette is totally self contained for those wanting to cook in-house with microwave/gas elements,benchtop stove available. We also have FREE Sky TV and Wi-fi Broadband if you wish to bring your own computer. A portable telephone is available (Free for local calls).

Further details outdoors:
Your deck has its own private BBQ and outdoor furniture which overlooks our beautiful garden. There is plenty of room for the children to play outdoors too. Beach access is only ten doors away which is perfect for those lovely Summer lazy days. Mairangi Bay is a safe beach and is patrolled during the Summer months by the local Mairangi Bay Surf Club.
