The villa is well appointed having four bed rooms in the main house and a fifth located in a cave complex under the the subterranean levels of the grounds that Finca Toredo resides in this cave area is known as Las Cuevas.

The villa retains its rustic style while benefiting from many modern facilities with sky TV and sumptuous living rooms. Outside the villa is surrounded by beautiful gardens and sun areas for all to enjoy having glorious sunshine all day and the ultimate privacy that this villa gives makes Finca Toredo the ultimate getaway.

Further details

•The rentals are based on a weekly basis in UK pounds with extra days charged at a pro rata rate.
Normally I take payment via bank transfer at no surcharge, but credit or debit cards will be charged a 5% surcharge
•Changeover days are flexible but I would like guests to leave by 10am unless they arrange some other time I will always try to help but if the villa has arriving guests on your departure day this will not be possible.
•A deposit of 20% is required to secure the booking. Balance is due 12 weeks prior to your arrival.
•A refundable security deposit of £400 is required and will be returned once the Finca is checked by our Management company and is found to be in the same condition as it was found.

The Tenerife region

Tenerife is the largest of the Canary Islands and is a great place to travel. British and German tourists come in their tens of thousands every year visiting its spectacular beaches and lively nightlife. It is also very popular among holiday makers from the Spanish peninsula, especially during Easter time. Tenerife is probably one of the last European paradise isles. It offers lush forests, exotic fauna and flora, deserts, mountains, volcanos, incredibly beautiful coastlines and spectacular beaches.

The Atogo area

Granadilla de Abona is a municipality of Tenerife, located in the south of the island, occupying an area of 155 square kilometers.The municipality extends from the altitudinous center of the island -the mountain of Guajara (2,718 m) is situated in this municipality- to the Atlantic Ocean. Guajara is the second-highest mountain on the island, after El Teide. The municipality’s landscape, similar to the entire south of the island, is dry and desert-like.

Reina Sofía Airport is located in this municipality, as well as the beachside town of El Médano ("The Sand Dune"), where many important windsurfing competitions are held. La Montaña Roja ("The Red Mountain"), a volcanic cone located in El Médano, is a protected natural preserve, along with five other “espacios naturales,” which comprise 25% of the municipality’s total area. Plans to build an industrial and commercial port in this municipality along a 5-kilometer (3.1 mile) sector along the coast, from Barranco del Río to Montaña Pelada, have been discussed but not implemented, due to concerns about the environmental damage such a development would cause.[1] There is a wind farm (parque eólico) in this municipality as well

“OUT OF THIS WORLD !” I stayed at this villa in early January for a week with my dad, wife and 2 kids. The pictures don't do this place any justice. Once you arrive and see the size and the quality of the place you know you have made a good choice. The kids loved the games room which was full of games machines including a new pool table and a great bar including the barrel of beer which we ordered. I personably liked the Bose sound system and the endless amount of songs and dvd's to choose from all provided free of charge and played on a 100” projector. This place has everything and there is nothing they have not thought of. Russell gave me his number and we called him whenever we required anything, beers bbq stuff he even took us down to the supermarket. My advice would be to let Russell get your shopping, just give him a list as you will save money because he will run round all the cheapest shops. He will organise your transfers from the airport which is only a short drive. The villa is fully kitted out with sky sport which kept me happy. The kitchen has everything even if baking is your thing. The main bedroom has a great water bed and en-suite which we both loved. The pool and hot tub were amazing. Every room has a T.V and most with games consoles. The snooker room was great .This place is well maintained and is the perfect choice for anyone looking for a well presented villa that has everything you could desire. The plot is around 25,000 m2 and takes ten minutes to walk round. My dad stayed in the cave which is a gem fully kitted out with everything you need. Try the ostrich farm down the road serves great food. By far the best villa I have stayed in and I'm a frequent traveller. Thanks Russell I will be calling you soon for another week just hope you're not fully booked. Cheers Dave.

“Wow a holiday complex all to yourself” Out of this world. Everything you need in one place no need to go outside the gates. The villa has so much space, cleanliness excellent, kitchen well equipped. Main bedroom has water bed its own sofas &TV, with jacuzzi bath & separate shower. Two other bedrooms are spacious with a Jack & Jill bathroom. The well spacious lounge is homely with its stone fireplace & Sky TV. Outside there is so much to do a fantastic full size swimming pool and hot tub, a golf green all to yourselves. Two games rooms one with full size snooker table & gym, the other with a pool table, air hockey, football table & lots of video games machines to play, there even your own bar that can be stocked to your own tastes, pulling your own pint from a barrel. Evenings spent making your own entertainment, watching films on the cine screen, playing loads of music videos, having your own disco, sitting in the hot tub or having a quiet drink under the stars with no disturbance. The views are spectacular sea views over looking the airport and countryside. Very peaceful & secure. There's even a Self contained cave built under the villa very quirky & amazing with its own bedroom, bathroom & lounge. Russell, Debbie & the rest of he team were excellent, very welcoming, friendly & nothing was too much trouble, they had even done our shopping for us. Only 5-10 mins from the airport and 15-20 mins from Las Americas & Los Cristianos a car drive away. Loved it so much have booked again this year. Can't wait. From a family of 10, 6 adults, 4 children.
