"Great location for exploring Cornwall"
We stayed here for 12 nights in July with my husband and two children (aged 4&5). The house was perfect, very clean, modern furnishings and very well equipped-had every thing we could have needed ie oven, microwave all kitchen utensils, iron board etc. The beds were very comfortable and had lots of storage space in both bedrooms. Atlantic reach itself had great facilities for the kids, they used the outdoor pool most days as the weather was hot and on cooler days used the indoor pool. We paid around 12 Euros and they had unlimited use of the indoor soft play area for three days, which they loved. The kids enjoyed the activities laid on for them in the clubhouse in the evenings and they enjoyed the outdoor play park also. Atlantic reach is in a great location if you want to explore the rest of Cornwall as it is very close to all major roads, nowhere is more than 50 mins drive away. We went to Padstow several times which we loved, We only went to Newquay once, we were not that keen on the town of Newquay however it has some very nice beaches and surrounding areas. We also visited Perranporth, st Ives,lands-end, (great day out), Falmouth, Mousehole, Polperro, looe and the Eden project. Once you pay into the Eden project you can go back as many times as you want in a year for free, so we went here twice as it is a lot to take in, in one day.. We also spent a good few days at the beach as the weather was hot, Watergate Bay is a lovely beach and not too far from here, the hotel here served great food which you can eat on the decking overlooking the bay which was very nice. We had a great family holiday in Cornwall and there was so much to do, we did not get to do everything we would have liked.
