This modern and well designed apartment is situated on a pine-clad slope of the mountain of Parnitha, the villa looks over the entire city of Athens from the top, offering a breathtaking view.
Built in five levels (total 500m) from which, everywhere you turn, you see the astounding view of the Attica region and the mountains as you are surrounded by large windows and a welcoming large terrace. The heart of the villa are the 2nd (sitting room, dining room, swimming pool) and the 3rd level (sitting room, dining room, kitchen) which has many times been selected for video clips and TV ads.
Relax in our indoor heated swimming pool (4x8m) which is especially good in the winter time when the snow comes. A small home elevator is available for you to access the property.

The Attica region
As the 12 Gods of Greece had chosen mount Olympus to oversee the activities of the ancient Greeks we chose the best point in Attica region to admire the city of Athens and the surrounding areas. Thrakomakedones is a suburb in the north side of Athens, hung on the mountainside of Parnitha overlooking the plain of Attica. You can wander to the eye over the city of Athens, reaching up to Piraeus and the nearby islands of Salamina and Egina.
Thrakomakedones is a quiet pine-clad area where in 2004 hosted the athletes for the Olympic Games in the Olympic Village. From this area begins the National Forest of Parnitha for visitors who love walking and mountain activities.
Only 2 km distance from our villa there is the cable car that leads the casino players to the structure of the Mont Parnes.

Enjoy the countryside as our villa is spotted in the beginning of the National Park of Parnitha.

How to get there
Our villa is located 35 minutes from the Athens airport Elefterios Venizelos, 30 minutes from the port of Piraeus. You can hire a car from the airport / port or we can arrange you one.
