The historic, cultural and commercial center of Athens (Thissio, Monastiraki flea market, Kolonaki, Ermou str., Syntagma square, Greek parliament, Ancient market, Panathinaikon Marble Stadium, National Gardens, theater of Herodeon) are found within walking distance.

Also, the Athenian riviera, which constitutes of Glyfada, Faliro and Alimos beaches, is reachable via Tram lines of which the neaerst stop is only 150m from the apartments. Tram also drives to Peace and Friendship Stadium and to all coastal Olympic facilities and stadiums situated along Posidonos avenue.

Moreover, shopping areas and night life as well as other archaeological areas and sites of cultural interest are within walking distance or reachable via the Metro, of which the neaerst stop is also only 150m from the apartments.

Finally, the National Archeological Museum, Benaki Museum, Museum of Cycladic Art, Folk Art Museum are found within one to two metro stops.

The apartments are situated in a 5-floor building with elevator. They all comprise spacious bedrooms and a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom each.

Living rooms are equipped with with convertible double sofa-beds that can easily accommodate your extra guests, a TV set and DVD player, where you can relax and enjoy a good film from their collections!

All bedrooms and the living-rooms have their own air-conditioning units and their own access to the balconies.

They are also equipped with all major electrical appliances (stove 4 places-oven 2 places, big refrigerator, coffee maker) and all necessary kitchen utensils are provided. Additionally, major housing equipment, such as electrical iron and board, hair dryer and vacuum cleaner and detergents, are provided.

Upon request, we offer our guests a mobile phone (free of charge) that operates via local network in order for them to avoid roaming costs!

Finally, Blankets, pillows, towels and linens are also provided.
